If it is possible for customers to access your cloud from a pc, they can try the following to be able to get their files out of the cloud on a pc
1.- Enter https://i.mi.com/ and select the "Login with Mi Account/Xiaomi Account" button.
2.- Enter with your email or your phone number and your password of your Mi account.
3.- Within the menu of your My account, select the "Gallery" option and carry out the necessary authentication of the system. Once the process is done, you will be able to access your files in the Xiaomi cloud.
