Solution:
Open the Zepp Life app on your smartphone.
Click on the Profile Icon on the bottom right corner.
Then, select Mi Smart Scale 2 in My Devices.
In the Mi scale menu choose Clear data.
Tap on the Clear data once again.
To confirm everything, click OK.
