About talkback

When Talkback is on, it provides spoken feedback so that you can use your device without looking at the screen.Talkback is intended for situations or people who have difficulty seeing the screen.

 

1.Q:How to use Talkback

A:Swipe right or left to move between items;

Double-tap to activate an item;

Drag 2 fingers to scroll.

2.Q:How to enable some functions in TalkBack mode?

A:(1) Screen unlock.

All swipe gestures to enter this mode require two fingers to operate at the same time for the phone to execute, so screen unlock, also requires two fingers to swipe the screen at the same time to unlock.

(2) Open.

Step 1: Touch the pre-opened item first (e.g. Settings, then tap the icon Settings first.)

Step 2: Then double tap to activate the program (e.g. Settings, then tap this icon twice in quick succession.)

2. The TalkBack service is designed to provide voice feedback for blind and sighted users.

For example, the device will read out finger touches, selections and activations.

3. Path: Settings - Additional settings - Accessibility -Vision- TalkBack, click in and turn it on.

Note: Some versions may not have this service option, users can search and install TalkBack software through mobile phone assistant, after installation, it usually does not generate an icon on the desktop, allowing users to find the new TalkBack option inside the system settings and open it.

 

3.Q:How to turn off Talkback

A:Volume Keys: Press & hold both volume keys for a few seconds.

Note:  If you are slow and will not close successfully, try clicking on the option with both fingers at the same time. Multiple attempts have a high probability of triggering the switch off.

 

4.Q:Settings

A:Tap the Use Talkback switch. You'll see a green outline. Double-tap the switch.

On the confirmation message tap stop.Then double-tap Stop
