1. First confirm that the Bluetooth device actually does support sending data through Sensor Hubs, and that the Hub itself has been upgraded to the latest firmware
2. Confirm that the Bluetooth devices are on, connected to the Internet and currently online;
3. At present, there is a certain delay when synchronizing devices to Bluetooth Sensor Hubs; please wait for 10 minutes before checking whether you are successful and retrying;
4. Confirm that the Bluetooth device is no more than five meters away from the Sensor Hub and that there are no walls or other large obstacles in the middle.
