What is the Training load in the Mi Fitness app?

Training load is principally based on EPOC (Excess Post-exercise Oxygen Consumption) measurements for the last 7 days and is further scaled based on individual fitness level and longer-term training load. You can also arrange subsequent training plans based on your training load score range.
Here are some specific features of the training load data:
1. You can start any workout to generate a training load;
2. The training load value output based on an algorithm shows the training load score for the last 7 days. The score range is divided into 4 rates and represented by different colors, increasing from left to right;
3. Training load is updated after you complete a workout with your heart rate and workout intensity based on certain conditions;
4. Each day at 0:00, the band reviews all valid workout data generated during the past 7 days and updates the training load.
