What is the PAI data in Mi Fitness app?

PAI (Personal Activity Intelligence) is a revolutionary indicator of personal activity that makes heart rate data more meaningful. Converting heart rate values into more meaningful PAI values allows you to know your body condition more intuitively. It is calculated based on your age, gender, resting heart rate, and heart rate data over the past 7 days.
For your reference, the PAI data in the Mi Fitness app includes:
1. Your PAI level chart within a week;
2. Your PAI summary of the past day. The detailed PAI scores include the Vigorous activity, Moderate activity, and Light activity.
Friendly Tips:
1. Every day at midnight, the PAI you earned 7 days ago will expire, so you may find that you have less PAI than you did yesterday. This means that to maintain your PAI score, you'll need to consistently earn more PAI. If you think there will be a few days that you won't be able to exercise, you can earn PAI in advance so that you can still maintain 100 PAI over the next 7 days. As your PAI score improves, it becomes more and more difficult to get higher PAI scores;
2. In theory, you can earn up to 525 PAI over 7 days. In practice, however, this is almost impossible. The optimum amount of exercise to improve your cardiorespiratory health is the amount that keeps your PAI above 100.
