What is the Recovery time in the Mi Fitness app?

The Recovery time refers to the time between the end of a workout and the subsequent participation in the next workout session. It is recommended not to proceed to the next workout session until the recovery time has been reached.
The specific Recovery time is calculated and output based on an algorithm, which can be divided into 4 ranges:
1. If the Recovery time is 0-18 hours, it means that you have fully or almost fully recovered, and you can appropriately increase the intensity of your training;
2. If the Recovery time is 19-35 hours, it means that your body is about to recover and you can train at your daily intensity;
3. If the Recovery time is 36-53 hours, it means that appropriately reducing the training intensity can help you obtain better training results;
4. If the Recovery time is 54-96 hours, it means that it is recommended that your body needs a longer time to recover and proper rest.
