1. Inactive account for one year or more
According to the Mi Cloud service User Agreement, the Mi cloud service accounts that have been inactive for one year will face the risk of being terminated.Inactive accounts for one year: users have not used the Mi cloud service for one consecutive year.(Including not logging in the cloud service, not using the cloud service functions such as synchronization, searching for mobile phones, and backup information. The cloud service information has not been added or deleted.If any of the above conditions continue for one year, the account will be considered inactive for one year.
2. Users choose to give up Mi cloud services
If your account has been inactive for nearly a year, we will send an account freeze notification to your device and bound account email.If you activate your account within the valid date, your account can still use the cloud service function normally.At the same time, you can choose not to use the cloud service any more. Before turn off the service, you must save the stored data in the cloud. Once the data is wiped out, it can't be recovered.
