2.Why can't some text messages be synchronized?
If the network is not connected to wifi, power is low, or the space is full, it will be unable to synchronize.You can try manual synchronization, please go to "setting" > "account" > "cloud service", click "synchronize now". If there are still some messages that cannot be synchronized, please contact us and provide information such as Mi ID, phone model and MIUI version.
3.How to delete a message?
When you want to delete messages that are no longer needed, you can do so in any device "SMS" that logs in to Mi Cloud, keeping multiple terminals synchronized.

After opening SMS cloud synchronization, you can delete SMS messages in the following ways:
Method 1: Delete the phone

- Open a browser and visit I.mi.com. Select "SMS".
- Select any of the following ways to operate:

When you want to restore the deleted text messages, but your phone is not with you, you can use the Mi Cloud service "SMS" to restore the deleted text messages within 30 days.You can also upgrade your membership to extend the retention period of deleted SMS messages, making SMS data more secure.
