Solutions:
1. We advise you to re-share the test and carefully verify whether the Shared account is correct.
2. For android devices, please check whether the notification permission of MI Home APP is enabled.
3. Open MI Home APP -- My -- Settings -- Region, and check whether the region is the same as the MI Home APP region where you share your account (For example, you can only receive alerts if they are in the United States. If the device is not located in the United States and shared to the United States, it will not receive alerts).
4. Uninstall and reinstall the APP.
5. Try to change the network environment.
