How do I recover deleted photos/videos?
The recycle bin of Mi Cloud service album supports the recovery of mistakenly deleted photos/videos within the retention period of the recycle bin, and the changes you make will be automatically synchronized to the device "Album" APP.
When you want to recover photos/videos deleted by mistake, you can use the Cloud Album Recycle Bin to recover photos/videos deleted within 30 days.You can also upgrade your membership and extend the retention period for deleted photos/videos, making your data more secure.
Upgrade gold member recycle bin retention period to up to 60 days
• If: gold membership is valid for less than 30 days, the recycle bin data will be kept for 30 days
• If: 30 days < membership validity < 60 days, the recycle bin data will be retained until the expiration date
• if: membership is valid > 60 days, the recycle bin data will be retained for 60 days
Upgrade platinum membership recycle bin retention period up to 90 days
• If: gold membership is valid for less than 30 days, the recycle bin data will be kept for 30 days
• If: 30 days < membership validity < 90 days, the recycle bin data will be retained until the expiration date
• if: member valid for > for 90 days, the recycle bin data will be retained for 90 days
Upgrade diamond member recycle bin retention period to up to 180 days
• If: gold membership is valid for less than 30 days, the recycle bin data will be kept for 30 days
• If: 30 days < membership validity < 180 days, the recycle bin data will be retained until the expiration date
• if: membership is valid for > for 180 days, the recycle bin data will be retained for 180 days

After enabling album synchronization, you can recover deleted data in the cloud album recycle bin in three ways.
Method 1: Phone recovery
1. Enter the device system album, click the upper right corner, and enter the recycle bin.
2. Select the photo/video you want to restore and click "Restore".
Method 2: Browser restore
1. Open a browser to I.mi.com and select "Cloud Album".
2. Click "Recycle Bin" in the toolbar.
3. Select the photo/video you want to recover and click the "restore" button in the upper right corner.
Method 3: Computer client recovery
Log in the Mi cloud service computer client and do the above operation.
[Note] In the recycle bin, select the photo/video and click "Delete". The deleted photo/video will be permanently deleted and cannot be restored.
