How do I recover a deleted recording?
Mi Cloud service Recycle Bin supports recovery of deleted recordings during the recycle bin retention period, and your changes will be automatically synchronized to the device "Recorder" application.
You can use Mi Cloud service "Recording" to restore the deleted recordings within 30 days.You can also upgrade your membership to extend the retention period of deleted recordings, making your data more secure.
[Note] To achieve the above functions, it is necessary to ensure that "Recording" cloud synchronization has been enabled.
After recording synchronization is enabled, you can restore deleted recordings by the following means.
Method 1: Browser restore
1. Open a browser and visit I.mi.com. Select "Recording".
2. Click "Recycle Bin" on the right side of the toolbar.
3. Select the recording to be restored, and click "Restore" in the pop-up toolbar.
Method 2: Computer client recovery
You can also log in the Mi Cloud service computer client to do the above operations.
[Friendly hint] The average user can only save the recording in the recycle bin for 30 days. If the data deletion time has exceeded the retention period of the recycle bin, the purchasing member cannot retrieve the data at this time.For the security of your data, please upgrade your membership in advance.
