Resolution and the Criteria for General Resolution

Functional description:
1. The resolution can be classified from the display resolution and the image resolution: the display resolution (screen resolution) is the precision of the screen image, which refers to the number of pixels that the display can display; the image resolution is the number of pixels contained in the unit inch.
2. The resolution determines the fineness of the details of the image. If the display screen size is the same, the higher the resolution of the image, the more pixels it contains, and the clearer the image will be. Generally speaking, resolution refers to screen resolution and image / video resolution.
3. Common resolution standards are: 480P (Standard Definition), 854×480 (16:9), 640×480, 720×480 and 800×480.
720P (HD): 1280×720 (16:9), 960×720
1080P (Full HD): 1920×1080 (16:9), 1440×1080
2K: 2560×1440, 2048×1536, 2560×1600, 2048×1024
4K: 3840×2160, 4096×2160
