Solution:
1. After ensuring that there is no metal foreign matter on the charging surface of MI wireless car and the back of mobile phones with wireless charging function meeting Qi standard, put the phone close to the sensor, and the clamping arm will automatically open and clamp the phone. When the wireless charging is in the normal working state, the side indicator light is blue.
2. When charge, it is necessary to keep the phone close to the charging surface of MI wireless car. In order to obtain better charging effect, please adjust the phone to the correct position (refer to the picture below). When the indicator light flashes, the wireless charging function of MI wireless car enters the protection stage. Please re-check whether there is metal foreign matter on the charging surface of MI wireless car and the back of the phone.If the problem cannot be solved, it is suggested to apply for after-sales inspection.
Note: If the mobile phone placed on the bracket does not support wireless charging function, the indicator light flashes normally.
3. When it is necessary to take the hand phone from the Xiaomi wireless car charger, touch the "open" button of the clip arm, open the clip arm and remove the phone, and stop wireless charging at the same time.
