Solution:
Upgrade Mi TV and box to the latest system, and connect the Bluetooth remote control with the TV and box for about 5-10 minutes. If the version needs to be updated, the remote control will be automatically upgraded to the latest version.
View the version of remote control: enter "Mi TV Settings" >> "Network Settings" >> "Bluetooth" >> "Mi bluetooth remote control", and then can see the version number.
