Solution:
1. There is a description of TV resolution in the setting of Mi TV -- About -- device information.
2. Such as a user install third-app screen hardware detection software on TV, if the test part of the resolution is not 4 k, that may be caused by: many third-party software hardware testing is not accurate. If you want to confirm that TV real resolution for 4 k, it is recommend to use a 4 k output capacity device with HDMI connection millet television to confirm whether to support 4k. Generally in the output device Settings will has output resolution options, select 4k output after the picture is normal, then TV is 4k resolution.
Note: HDMI cable must be used for connection. VGA and AV cable do not support 4K resolution transmission.
Example: Use a computer with 4K output capability to connect Mi TV by HDMI cable. If the desktop resolution can be modulated to 4K in the computer setting, then the TV has 4K resolution.
Notes:
Similarly, use video output device to connect Mi TV. 1080P output means that the TV resolution is correct at 1080P.
