TV Stand and Wall Mount Installation Service
1.Scope of Service
This document outlines the Terms and Conditions ("Terms") applicable to the TV Stand and Wall Mount Installation Service (“Service”) provided by Xiaomi H.K. Limited ("Xiaomi") and its third-party Service Provider("Service Provider"). The Service is available to residents of the United Arab Emirates (“UAE”) aged 18 years and above, being a consumer (“you/consumer/”customer””) who has purchased a qualifying Xiaomi TV product ("Products") directly from mi.com/ae and have purchased this additional installation service on mi.com/ae, starting from 25.6.2025.
By opting for this Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. The Service is an additional, optional service available only in UAE, which may vary from time to time.
2.Service Provider
The Service will be delivered by Xiaomi in collaboration with an authorized Service Provider. Upon scheduling, the Service Provider's personnel will perform the Service at the consumer's location. All installations will follow the manufacturer’s current instructions provided with the Products.
3. Appointment Scheduling
Xiaomi will notify the service provider to contact you, through a phone call or email, to arrange installation.
The installation will be performed at the consumer’s requested delivery location.
The Service will be carried out together with the delivery at the time agreed between the Service Provider and the customer.
For wall mount installation service, Xiaomi will first ship a bracket to the consumer's location. If necessary, Xiaomi might contact the consumer to confirm the delivery of the bracket. Then, Xiaomi will notify the authorized Service Provider to contact the consumer to arrange the Installation together with delivery.
4. Service Times
The Service is available exclusively from Monday to Friday, from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm Gulf Standard Time, excluding public holidays. An adult aged 18 or over must be present during the Service.
5. Eligibility
This Service is only applicable to the Products in clause 1 which are purchased through mi.com/ae
The Service is only for the use with a designated wall mount bracket as provided by Xiaomi. Any other TV stand or wall mount bracket purchased by the consumer will not be installed by Xiaomi and its authorized Service Provider.
6. Service Charges
Service Charges: The Service is provided for an additional fee as detailed below.
Wall Mount Bracket: Included
TV purchased during official sales.
The wall mount bracket required for the Wall Mount Installation will be provided by Xiaomi for free.

7. What the Installation Includes and not Includes and what needs to be prepared in advance
TV Stand Installation
Scope of services
• Mounting the stand according to the manufacturer’s instructions
Excluded services
• Setting the TV up in the desired location
• Wall-mounting of the TV
• Dismantling of the existing TV set
TV Wall Mount Installation
Scope of services
• Checking the condition of the wall
• Checking the wall for power and water lines with a dedicated line locator device
• Selection of the attachment material based on the building material of the wall
• Marking as well as vertical and horizontal preparation of the drill holes using spirit level and drilling template
• Drilling dust removal with suitable vacuum cleaners
• Mounting the TV wall mount and attaching the unit to the TV wall mount
• Connection to the mains ready for operation
• Connection of the connection cables to the device before attaching the device to the wall mount if the connection sockets are not accessible anymore thereafter
• Stow the cables in cable hoses (if available)
• Compliance with all technical instructions and assembly instructions of the TV set
Service prerequisites
• The wall mount bracket provided by Xiaomi
Excluded services
• Structural check
• Placing in-wall cables
• Construction of cable grommets on furniture
• Other connections or connections to external terminal devices
• Attachment to single-shell plasterboard walls/thickness 9 - 12.5 mm (in this case, the attachment must reach through the structure to the corresponding substructure: If a secure attachment is not possible, installation is only possible after structural preparation by the end customer)
• Ceiling mounting
• Wall mounting on tiled / reinforced-concrete walls
• Wall mounting for Wallpaper TV
• TV and network settings (e.g. Wi-Fi)
The Service is typically completed in one visit. In cases where additional visits are required, the authorized Service Provider will coordinate with the consumer. Additional fees may apply for any subsequent visits.
8. Cancellation & Rescheduling
Consumers may cancel or reschedule the Service no later than 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. Failure to do so may result in cancellation fees. The customer can reschedule with the link shared by the authorized Service Provider after arranging the installation. For cancellation, the customer needs to contact Xiaomi Customer Service at (800) 03 20 664 (Monday to Friday 08:00-20:00). If the consumer does not want to cancel the delivery and does not want the installation, he/she can refuse the installation when the service staff arrives on site, which will be confirmed to you by email. In the event that we have made 3 (three) unsuccessful attempts to contact you to arrange installation, we will cancel the Service and confirm this to you by email. Please note that Service fees shall not be reimbursable for any reason stemming from your cancellation of the Service.
9. Unforeseen circumstances
If the Service cannot be performed due to unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of Xiaomi or the Service Provider, Xiaomi or the Service Provider may, at its sole discretion, decide to postpone or cancel the Service. Xiaomi and the Service Provider shall not be liable for any delay or failure to fulfill obligations caused by circumstances beyond their control.
10. Consumer’s Responsibilities
You are responsible for the following:
Being available to be contacted and to make arrangements for the Service with the Service Provider at a mutually agreed time
Giving access to the Service Provider to the installation site at the agreed time (including access at any residential estate limiting outsider access)
Ensuring that the installation site and environment meet all legal requirements and technical standards
Clearing the area for service and ensuring adequate access
Providing a safe and appropriate working environment
11. Liability Limitations
Xiaomi is not responsible for:
Incorrect information provided by you
Inadequate preparation of the installation site
Missing or defective connections or accessories required for service
Inaccessibility of the installation site or refusal of access (including e.g. non-functioning doorbells)
Failure to agree on a new service appointment, if required
Xiaomi's liability is limited to the actual damage. Under no circumstances will Xiaomi be liable for loss of profit or consequential damages unless required by law.
12. Feedback Collection & Customer Correspondence
Xiaomi may contact the consumer for feedback using the personal information provided. Records of such correspondence will be retained for service improvement purposes. In order to collect the feedback you have, after contacting our customer service, our agents will ask you whether you are willing to take a call for giving us your opinion regarding our Services. Your feedback will be used for problem-solving and service improvement purposes. Please note, this call will be carried out exclusively upon your acceptance. Otherwise, rest assured our agents will not contact you to collect your opinion.
13. Data Protection
Data Protection: Consumer's personal data will be processed to facilitate this Service. Xiaomi will share consumer’s basic and contact personal information such as name, address or phone number with the third-party service provider which will carry out the installation. Please note the service provider will process your personal information on its own and will proceed with the installation using its own personnel. Basic information on data protection includes:
- Independent Data controllers: Xiaomi H.K. Limited ("Xiaomi")
- Purpose of processing: Your personal information will be processed for the purposes of managing your appointment and to complete the Service as requested. It will be also processed to collect your feedback regarding the Service.
- Legal basis for processing: Necessary for the performance of a contract and the legitimate interest Xiaomi has in solving any problem and improving the quality of the Services by knowing the opinions consumers have regarding the quality of the Services.

14. Filing a Complaint
If you are unsatisfied with the Service or wish to file a complaint, please contact Xiaomi Customer Service at (800) 03 20 664 (Monday to Friday 08:00-20:00). Complaints will be addressed in accordance with Xiaomi’s complaint resolution procedures, and Xiaomi will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue promptly.
15. Final Provisions
15.1.
These Terms constitute the sole document governing the Service and ancillary matters.

The Service and these Terms are governed exclusively by the laws of the UAE.
