REDMI Note 17 Series First Sale September 2026
1. ACTIVITY INFORMATION
1.1. These Terms set forth the terms and conditions of the Activity called "REDMI Note 17 Series First Sale September 2026" (hereinafter: "Activity").
1.2. The Activity is organized by: Xiaomi Technology L.L.C., with its registered office at: Office No. A205-206, DIC-31, Innovation Hub, Phase 1, Free Zone – Al Sufouh 2, Dubai, UAE and Registration number: 1478465 (hereinafter referred to as the 'Organizer').
1.3 The purpose of the Activity is to increase visibility and improve the sales of the Organizer's products in the Territory.
1.4 The Activity is carried out on the local website https://www.mi.com/ae-en/ .
1.5 In case of any questions regarding the Activity, the Participant is requested to contact the following email address: mi-event@xiaomi.com (hereinafter: "Activity Contact Address").
1.6 By participating in the Activity, the Participant hereby accepts: (I) Terms of the Activity, as well as (II) Terms and Conditions of the Organizer (https://www.mi.com/ae-en/support/terms/terms-of-use/) and (III) Privacy Policy of the Organizer (https://www.mi.com/ae-en/support/policy/privacy/).
1.7 The Activity is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by social media or third party platforms, including but not limited to X, Instagram, Facebook, which may be used in connection with the conduct of the Activity. Participants hereby acknowledge and agree to the terms of use/service or sales and policies of third parties whose platforms are used in connection with the Activity.
1.8 Participation in the Activity is voluntary and free of charge, except for Internet fees.
1.9 The Activity is valid in the territory of the United Arab Emirates (hereinafter: "Territory").
2. ELIGIBILITY
2.1 In order to participate in the Activity, the Participant must be an adult as defined by the laws of the Territory from which he/she participates and have legal capacity in accordance with the applicable laws of his/her place of residence. Participant must have a personal Mi account or be properly registered at https://www.mi.com/ae-en/ .
2.2 At the request of the Organizer at any time, the Participant must be able to demonstrate within a reasonable period of time that he/she meets the conditions necessary to participate in the Activity.
2.3 Inaccurate or erroneous data provided by the Participant will not be accepted. Participants must be able to prove, upon the request of the Organizer and within a reasonable period of time, that they are eligible to participate in the Activity before participating in the Activity and/or at any time during the Activity. Otherwise, the Organizer may disqualify the Participant at any time.
2.4 Excluded from the Activity are persons cooperating with the Organizer (entities and employees of entities providing services to the Organizer in organizing the Activity), employees and cooperators of the Organizer, as well as their descendants, ascendants, affinities, adoptees, members of their families and relatives (siblings, spouses, parents of spouses).
3. ACTIVITY MECHANISM
3.1 The Activity runs in two phases: a Pre-Sale Phase and an Open Sale Phase.
3.2 Pre-Sale Phase
3.2.1 The Pre-Sale Phase runs from 2026/09/18 00:00:00 (GMT+4) to 2026/09/24 23:59:59 (GMT+4).
3.2.2 During the Pre-Sale Phase, Participants who purchase Eligible Products from the Organizer's website will be eligible for a coupon worth AED 100 for orders of AED 500 or above.
3.2.3 The Pre-Sale coupon offer applies to all products available on the Organizer's website, including tablets and AIoT products.
3.2.4 The Pre-Sale coupon is stackable with the benefits offered during the Open Sale Phase.
3.2.5 Each Participant may claim only one (1) Pre-Sale coupon per Mi ID.
3.2.6 The Pre-Sale coupon cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, or new user coupons, except as expressly stated in these Terms.
3.3 Open Sale Phase
3.3.1 The Open Sale Phase runs from 2026/09/24 00:00:00 (GMT+4) to 2026/10/07 23:59:59 (GMT+4).
3.3.2 During the Open Sale Phase, the following benefits apply to purchases of Eligible Products:
(a) Bundle Offers: Purchases of Redmi Note 17 Pro Max 5G or Redmi Note 17 Pro 5G will include a free REDMI Headphones Neo. Purchases of Redmi Note 17 5G will include a free REDMI Buds 8 Lite. All Gifts are subject to stock availability. The Gift will be shipped together with the purchased Product and cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred separately.
(b) Double Mi Points: Participants will earn double (2x) Mi Points on all Eligible Product purchases during the Open Sale Phase.
(c) Tamara Installment Plans: Interest-free installment payments via Tamara for 2, 3, or 4 months on Redmi Note 17 Series products, subject to Tamara's credit approval and applicable terms and conditions.
4. GIFT, OFFER AND FULFILLMENT RULES
4.1 All Gifts are subject to stock availability.
4.2 Completion of an order does not guarantee receipt of a Gift. Once stock is exhausted, no further Gifts will be provided.
4.3 The Pre-Sale coupon is non-transferable, non-exchangeable for cash, and subject to the coupon terms. In case of return of Products purchased using the Pre-Sale coupon, the coupon value will be deducted from the refund amount, only to the extent permitted by applicable law and the relevant sales policy.
4.4 Unless expressly stated otherwise, this Activity may not be used in conjunction with other offers, discounts, coupons, promotions, or benefits, except for the stackable benefits described in these Terms.
4.5 Xiaomi may require return of an unused Gift or deduct its stated value from the refund in case of Product return, only to the extent permitted by applicable law and the relevant sales policy.
5. PERSONAL DATA
5.1. Participant in the Activity agree to provide their respective Organizer with the collection of the following personal data: Mi ID.
5.2. These data shall be collected and processed by the Organizer to ensure the proper organization and management of the Activity.
5.3. The Organizer and its affiliated partner respect the Participant's privacy and undertake to protect it in accordance with their respective privacy policies and the applicable laws.
5.4. Personal data will be kept for the time necessary to guarantee the Participant with the exercise of their rights in relation to the Activity.
5.5. By entering the Activity, you hereby consent that the above Personal data will be collected by us. We will collect, use, disclose, process and protect your personal information according to our privacy policy. We will be happy to resolve your concerns directly.
6. COMPLAINTS
6.1. All complaints related to the Activity can be submitted via the website https://www.mi.com/ae-en/support
6.2 The complaint will be considered within 14 days from the date of its receipt, based on the applicable laws and these Terms. However, this deadline may be extended in case of reasons beyond the Organizer's control, of which the Participant will be informed.
6.3 The complaint should contain the name, surname, exact address (in case of choosing the written method of responding to the complaint) or e-mail address (in case of choosing the electronic method of responding to the complaint), as well as a detailed description and justification of the complaint.
7. LIABILITY AND STATEMENTS
7.1 Statement of the Organizer
7.1.1 Except as otherwise expressly provided in these Terms, the Organizer and its affiliated or third-party Organizers organize the Activity on a best efforts basis and exclude all warranties and conditions, expressed or implied. In particular, but not limited to, the Organizer and its Affiliated or Third Party Organizers do not warrant or represent that:
(i) the Activity is suitable for any purpose or meets the Participant's requirements or is organized without errors or deficiencies, and that the Activity meets any level of quality, as the case may be;
(ii) The Participant will be able to take part in the Activity at any time without disruption, interruption or delay;
(iii) Any information (oral or written) obtained by the Participant from the Organizer or as a result of the Participant's participation in the Activity (including any materials or products) will be adequate, accurate, complete or reliable;
(iv) Any deficiencies in the Activity, including any organizational or functional defects in the Activity, will be repaired, corrected or otherwise remedied.
7.2 Liability of the Organizer
7.2.1 The Organizer shall not be liable to the Participant, regardless of the legal basis (in particular with respect to contract, tort (including negligence) or any theory of liability) in connection with his/her participation in the Activity or as a result of such participation, for:
(i) any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages;
(ii) any loss of income, turnover, actual or anticipated profits, opportunities, goodwill or reputation (directly or indirectly);
(iii) any damage and/or corruption or loss of data (directly or indirectly);
(iv) any change, modification, extension or restriction (including suspension of the Participant) in the Activity;
(v) access to the Participant's account data and account or registration data of the Participant participating in the Activity, or any permanent or temporary cessation of the terms and conditions of the Activity (or any part thereof).
7.2.2 The Organizer's liability for any breach of these terms & conditions shall be limited solely to the direct and foreseeable losses that the Organizer could reasonably anticipate at the time these terms & conditions came into effect, based on the circumstances then known. In all cases, the Organizer's total liability shall not exceed AED 100 (or local currency equivalent).
7.2.3 Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit the Organizer in the following respects:
(i) liability for death, personal injury or fraud or compliance with any product liability law; and
(ii) warranty or liability for damage or loss that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited under applicable law.
7.2.4 If the laws of Participant's jurisdiction do not permit the exclusion of certain warranties, conditions, or limitations or exclusions of liability for loss or damage caused by negligence, breach of contract, or breach of implied terms, or incidental or consequential damages, only the limitations that are lawful in that jurisdiction will apply to Participant's and Organizer's liability, and the warranty will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
7.3 Participant's Liability
Participant shall be solely responsible for any breach of its obligations under:
7.3.1 these Terms; and
7.3.2 any applicable law or regulation in the relevant jurisdictions, including the jurisdiction in which he/she is resident or in which he/she is participating in the Activity.
7.3.3 for the consequences of such breach, including any loss or damage that the Organizer or any other third party may suffer or incur. The Organizer shall not be liable to the Participant or any third party in the event of such breach.
8. OTHER PROVISIONS
8.1. The content of these Terms is made available to the public on the Webpage and at the Organizer's headquarters.
8.2. Participation in the Activity does not combine with other promotional activities and contests conducted by the Organizer.
8.3. These Terms are the only document setting out the detailed rules of the Activity.
8.4. These Terms, which will be interpreted and applied in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where the Organizer has its registered seat, do not, however, exclude the application of the law applicable to the place where the Participant resides if required by law.
8.5. The Organizer reserves the right to decide on the exclusion of a Participant from the Activity in case of violation of these Terms by a given Participant, attempted fraud, as well as in case of any other conduct of the Participant violating good manners, jeopardizing the good name of the Organizer, its reputation or interests. The excluded Participant forfeits any rights related to the Activity.
8.6. For an important reason, the Organizer may make changes to these Terms. An important reason is in particular: (a) a change in generally applicable laws or their interpretation by authorized bodies, directly affecting the content of these Terms and resulting in the need to adjust these Terms to such change in laws or their interpretation; (b) the issuance of a ruling, decision or other similar act by a court or authorized public authority, directly affecting the content of these Terms and resulting in the need to amend these Terms to conform to such ruling, decision or other similar act; (c) the prevention of violations of these Terms or the prevention of abuse, as well as the removal of ambiguities or doubts of interpretation regarding the content of these Terms; (d) changes in the names, addresses or corporate data indicated in the content of these Terms; (e) the need to adapt the technical requirements indicated in these Terms to current standards.
8.7. The Organizer shall inform the Participants of any change to these Terms no later than 7 (seven) days prior to the proposed effective date of the changes to the content of these Terms.
8.8. If an applicable law, ruling or other similar act of an authorized public authority requires the Organizer to amend these Terms within a shorter period of time than indicated in paragraph 8.7, the notification of amendment to these Terms shall indicate such shorter period of time, together with the reason.
8.9. The amended Terms shall apply to the Participant who does not resign from the Activity before the effective date of the amendment to these Terms.
8.10. An amendment to these Terms shall not adversely affect the conditions of participation in the Activity. The change of these Terms does not affect the rights acquired by the Participant before the change of these Terms.
8.11. These Terms are effective as of (2026.09.18).
