TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1.ACTIVITY ORGANIZATION AND ORGANIZER
The following terms and conditions (hereinafter, the "Terms" or “Rules”) regulate the rules for participating in the Xiaomi activity called “Mi.com Pre-sale Launch” (hereinafter the "Activity"), which is organized by XIAOMI TECHNOLOGY L.L.C., with its registered office at Office No. HC-8 THE ONE TOWER - Owned by Rashid Mohammed Abdullah Almazrouei - Al Thanyah FirstLola Enthla - Aourzmla Adbaa Damahmed Dashar Kalm - HC-8 headquarters, and ID registration number: 1478465 (hereinafter, "Organizer"). This Activity is being organized in accordance with Permission numbered [1478465], dated [2025/02/28] and granted by Government of Dubai, Department of Economy and Tourism.
The Activity is valid in the territory of the United Arab Emirates (hereinafter: “Territory”).
Participation is voluntary and free of charge, except for internet costs or any other connection costs.

2.ACCEPTANCE OF THE ACTIVITY’S RULES
By participating in the Activity, Participants hereby agree to (i) these Activity Rules, as well as (ii) Organizer's Terms of Use (https://www.mi.com/ae-en/support/terms/terms-of-use) and Privacy Policy (https://www.mi.com/ae-en/support/policy/privacy), which can be viewed on the Participant's local https://www.mi.com/ae-en/ website.
Organizer reserves the right to amend the Terms in whole or in part for technical, operational or commercial reasons, in which case Organizer will publish this amendment together with the Terms on its own channels and/or official media platforms.
3.PLATFORM
The Activity is accessible through mi.com/ae-en.
4.PARTICIPANT’S ELIGIBILITY
In order to participate in the Activity, the Participant(“Participant”) must be an adult as defined by the laws of the Territory from which he/she participates and have legal capacity in accordance with the applicable laws of his/her place of residence. Participant must have a personal mi account or be properly registered at mi.com/ae-en. You must be of legal age (18 or over) in the Territory in which you reside to participate in this Activity (the "Participants" and/or the "Participant")(Hereinafter the “Participant(s)” or “You”).
The Activity is only for new mi.com/ae-en users. Participants should not have any previous payment records on mi.com/ae. If a user has received a voucher and/or received a free product through redemption, thus having a record of "spending" on mi.com/ae-en without paying for it, this situation is also regarded as payment records on mi.com/ae-en.
Upon the Organizer’s request, Participant must be able to demonstrate at any time and, within a reasonable period, that he/she meets the necessary above-mentioned conditions to participate in the Activity.
Where Inaccurate or erroneous data are provided by the Participant, the Organizer reserves the right to reject or disqualify the Participant from the Activity and so without giving any reasons or notice.
If you are not eligible for this Activity, this Activity will no longer be presented to you.
5.TERM
The Activity will start on July 11rd, 2025 [09:00] UTC+04:00, and lasts until July 25th, 2025 23:59 UTC+04:00.
6.PARTICIPATION MECHANISM
This Activity includes two parts: (a) New User Zone (b) Users Guidance Area
6.1 New User Zone
This part is designed for new users who have not purchased products on mi.com/ae-en and can get special discount coupons (“Coupon(s)”). The category of Coupons includes: (i) Phones & Tablets Coupon (Coupon- 1), and (ii) AIoT Products Coupon (Coupon- 2、Coupon- 3、Coupon- 4、Coupon- 5). The value of the Coupons and the rules to use the Coupons are as follows:
Coupon- 1:
(i) The Coupon- 1 has a value of fifty United Arab Emirates Dirham (50 AED) , available on purchases smartphones & tablets over two hundred United Arab Emirates Dirham (200 AED) on mi.com/ae-en ;
(ii) The Coupon-1 will be applicable for purchasing products within the following designated categories:
(a) Mobile - Phones - Xiaomi Series, REDMI Series, and POCO Series;
(b) Mobile - Tablets: Specifically limited to Tablet devices.
(c) For the avoidance of doubt, this Coupon shall not apply to:
(1) Any product classified as Phones Accessories or Tablets Accessories;
(2) Any product outside the expressly designated series in clauses (ii)-(a)-(b) above.
(iii) To apply the Coupon-1, you must place a purchase order and then use the Coupon-1. You must proceed to make the payment and the price will automatically be reduced by fifty United Arab Emirates Dirham (50 AED) for the purchase of eligible products. The final price will be displayed in the shopping cart, and the Participant will see both prices;
(iv) Period of Validity of Coupon- 1: within eighteen (18) days from the day customers receive the Ccoupon-1;
(v) Coupon-1 is limited with stocks. The quantity of Coupon 1: 99999.
Coupon 2:
(i) The Coupon- 2 has a value of five United Arab Emirates Dirham (5 AED) , available on purchases AIoT products over ninety-nine United Arab Emirates Dirham (99 AED) on mi.com/ae-en ;
(ii) The Coupon-2 will be applicable for purchasing all products in the “Smart Home” 、 “Life Style” and ”Wearables” categories;
(iii) To apply the Coupon-2, you must place a purchase order and then use the Coupon-2. You must proceed to make the payment and the price will automatically be reduced by five United Arab Emirates Dirham (5 AED). The final price will be displayed in the shopping cart, and the Participant will see both prices;
(iv) Period of Validity of Coupon-2 : within eighteen (18) days from the day customers receive the coupon;
(v) Coupon-2 is limited with stockss.The quantity of Coupon 2: 99999.
Coupon 3:
(i) The Coupon- 3 has a value of twenty United Arab Emirates Dirham (20 AED) , available on purchases AIoT products over two hundred and ninety-nine United Arab Emirates Dirham (299 AED) on mi.com/ae-en ;
(ii) The Coupon-3 will be applicable for purchasing all products in the “Smart Home” 、 “Life Style” and ”Wearables” categories;
(iii) To apply the Coupon-3, you must place a purchase order and then use the Coupon-3. You must proceed to make the payment and the price will automatically be reduced by twenty United Arab Emirates Dirham (20 AED). The final price will be displayed in the shopping cart, and the Participant will see both prices;
(iv) Period of Validity of Coupon-3 : within eighteen (18) days from the day customers receive the coupon;
(v) Coupon-3 is limited with stockss.The quantity of Coupon 3: 99999.
Coupon 4:
(i) The Coupon- 4 has a value of thrity-five United Arab Emirates Dirham (35 AED) , available on purchases AIoT products over five hundred and ninety-nine United Arab Emirates Dirham (599 AED) on mi.com/ae-en ;
(ii) The Coupon-4 will be applicable for purchasing all products in the “Smart Home” 、 “Life Style” and ”Wearables” categories;
(iii) To apply the Coupon-4, you must place a purchase order and then use the Coupon-4. You must proceed to make the payment and the price will automatically be reduced by thrity-five United Arab Emirates Dirham (35 AED). The final price will be displayed in the shopping cart, and the Participant will see both prices;
(iv) Period of Validity of Coupon-4 : within eighteen (18) days from the day customers receive the coupon;
(v) Coupon-4 is limited with stockss.The quantity of Coupon 4: 99999.
Coupon 5:
(i) The Coupon- 5 has a value of one hundred United Arab Emirates Dirham (100 AED) , available on purchases AIoT products over one thousand and ninety-nine United Arab Emirates Dirham (1099 AED) on mi.com/ae-en ;
(ii) The Coupon-5 will be applicable for purchasing all products in the “Smart Home” 、 “Life Style” and ”Wearables” categories;
(iii) To apply the Coupon-5, you must place a purchase order and then use the Coupon-5. You must proceed to make the payment and the price will automatically be reduced by one hundred United Arab Emirates Dirham (100 AED). The final price will be displayed in the shopping cart, and the Participant will see both prices;
(iv) Period of Validity of Coupon-5 : within eighteen (18) days from the day customers receive the coupon;
(v) Coupon-5 is limited with stockss.The quantity of Coupon 5: 99999.
6.2 Users Guidance Area
This part gives users the instruction to claim New User Zone's coupon Coupon from mi.com/ae-en.
6.2.1 Register/login with Mi ID
To claim these coupons, you'll need to register/login on mi.com/ae-en to create your unique Mi ID. The coupon will be automatically added to your Mi ID account once you've successfully logged in or registered. The terms and use of coupons can be found above.
6.2.2 Email information
You can fill in your email address to subscribe. After finishing this, you can receive emails from Xiaomi to get more information from mi.com/ae-en.
7.PERSONAL DATA
Participant in the Activity agree to provide the Organizer with the collection of the following personal data:
For Activity specified in 6.2.1: Mi ID number;
For Activity specified in 6.2.2: email address;
These data shall be collected and processed by the Organizer to ensure the proper organization and management of the Activity.
The Organizer and its affiliated partner respect the Participant’s privacy and undertake to protect it in accordance with their respective privacy policies and the applicable laws.
Personal data will be kept for the time necessary to guarantee the Participant with the exercise of their rights and actions in relation to the Activity.
By entering the Activity, you hereby consent that the above Personal data will be collected by us. We will collect, use, disclose, process and protect your personal information according to our privacy policy. If you have any concerns about our data management practice outlined in this Privacy Policy, please contact https://privacy.mi.com/support/ to submit your concerns. We will be happy to resolve your concerns directly.
8.LIABILITY AND REPRESENTATION
8.1 ORGANIZER’S REPRESENTATION
Unless otherwise expressly stated in this term, Organizer and its affiliated or third-party Organizers provide the Activity on best effort basis only and exclude all warranties and conditions of any kind whether expressly or implied. In particular but without limitation, Organizer and its affiliated or third-party Organizers do not warrant or represent that:
(i) The Activity is fit for any purpose or meet Participant requirements or is provided without any errors or deficiencies or that the Activity in compliance with any quality levels, as the case may be;
(ii) The Activity is available to Participant at any time and provided to Participant without disruption, interruption or delay;
(iii) Any information (whether oral or written) obtained by Participant from Organizer or as a result of Participant taking part in the Activity (including any materials or products) will be suitable, accurate, complete, or reliable; and
(iv) That any deficiencies in the Activity, including any defects in performance, operation or functionality of the Activity will be fixed, corrected or otherwise remedied.
8.2 ORGANIZER’S LIABILITY
Organizer is not liable to Participant, regardless of the legal grounds, in particular whether in contract, tort (including negligence) or any theory of liability, in or out of the connection with the participation in the Activity for:
(i) Any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages;
(ii) Any loss of income, business, actual or anticipated profits, opportunity, goodwill or reputation (whether direct or indirect);
(iii) Any damage to and/or corruption or loss of data (whether direct or indirect);
(iv) Any changes, modifications, extensions or limitations (including any suspension of Participant) in the Activity;
(v) Access to Participant account and account data or Participant registration data taking part of the Activity, or any permanent or temporary cessation in the terms or conditions of the Activity (or any part of them).
In the event that Organizer is liable for a breach of these terms, Organizer liability shall be limited to damages which Organizer must typically expect at the time of the conclusion of these Terms due to the circumstances known at the time. Notwithstanding the above, such damages shall not be higher than hundred (100) euros (or equivalent local currency).
Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit Organizer:
a) Liability for death, personal injury or fraud or in accordance with any product liability act; and
b) Warranty or liability for damages or losses which may not be lawfully excluded or limited by applicable law. If the laws in the Participant jurisdiction do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, terms or conditions or the limitation or exclusion of liability for loss or damage caused by negligence, breach of contract or breach of implied terms, or incidental or consequential damages, only the limitations which are lawful in that jurisdiction will apply to the Participant and Organizer’s liability and warranty will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
8.3 PARTICIPANT’s LIABILITY
Participant is entirely responsible for any breach of the obligations under:
(i) These Terms; and
(ii) Any applicable law or regulation in the relevant jurisdictions, including the jurisdiction where you are a resident or from where you are participating in the Activity.
(iii) And for the consequences of any such breach, including any loss or damage which Organizer or any third-party may incur or suffer. Organizer will have no responsibility to Participant or to any third party in respect of such breach.
9.LEGISLATION AND APPLICABLE JURISDICTION
Participation in the Activity will be governed by these Terms, which will be interpreted and applied in accordance with the laws where the Organizer has its seat.
The Participant have the option of filing claims at a competent court in the country in which they are resident.
