Double 12 Sale 2025 TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. PROMOTION ORGANIZATION AND ORGANIZER
1.1 The following terms and conditions (hereinafter, the "Terms”) regulate the rules of promotion available on mi.com/ae called “Double 12 Sale 2025” (hereinafter the "Promotion"), which is organized by Xiaomi Technology L.L.C., with its registered office at: (The One Tower Barsha Heights, Dubai, U.A.E)(hereinafter: "Organizer").
1.2 Participation is voluntary and free of charge, except for internet costs or any other connection costs.

2. TERRITORY
The Promotion is valid only in United Arab Emirates (hereinafter: “Territory”) for purchases made on mi.com/ae-en website.
3. TERM
The Promotion is valid from (2025.11.12 00:00:00) till (2025.11.24 23:59:59) or until stock lasts whichever occurs first (hereinafter: “Term of Promotion”).
4. PARTICIPANT’S ELIGIBILITY
4.1 A participant in the Promotion must be a natural person, who has a Mi Account, and and must be of legal age and possess the legal capacity as per the applicable laws (hereinafter: the "Participants" and/or the "Participant").
4.2 Excluded from the Promotion are persons cooperating with the Organizer (entities and employees of entities providing services to the Organizer in organizing the Promotion), employees and cooperators of the Organizer, as well as their descendants, ascendants, affinities, adoptees, members of their families and relatives (siblings, spouses, parents of spouses).
4.3 Upon the Organizer’s request, Participant must be able to demonstrate at any time and, within a reasonable period, that he/she meets the necessary above-mentioned conditions to participate in the Promotion.
5. PROMOTION MECHANISM
Under this Promotion, during the Term of Promotion Participant is entitled to receive a special discount or additional product according to the conditions set forth below (hereinafter: “Special Offer”). Throughout the Term of the Promotion, Special Offers are given away on a first-comes and first-served basis as the stocks are limited for Special Offer.
5.1 When purchasing (Xiaomi TV S Mini LED 65 2025), you can receive a gift: (Xiaomi Soundbar Pro 2.0 ch). When purchasing (Xiaomi TV S Mini LED 65 2025), you can receive a gift: (Xiaomi Soundbar Pro 2.0 ch). When purchasing (REDMI Watch 5), you can receive a gift: (REDMI TPU Quick Release Strap). When purchasing (Xiaomi 15T Series), you can choose a gift from six products. Colors of the gift products may differ depending on the stock level. 5.2 All items have limited stock and are available only while supplies last.
6. HOT DEALS
6.1 Participant shall obtain the discount price once the Participant adds the eligible product to shopping chart.
6.2 Discount will automatically be applied to Participant final purchase price when proceeding to the payment of the eligible products placed in Participant shopping cart.
6.3 The Promotions on these discount price deals will only be valid while stocks last.
7. COUPONS
During the Term of Promotion, users are eligible to receive up to 5 coupons for new users and 2 exclusive in-app coupons. Two exclusive in-app coupons are valid only for orders placed through the MI Store app.
8. COMPLAINTS
8.1 All complaints related to the Promotion can be submitted through the website https://www.mi.com/ae/support.
8.2 The complaint will be considered within 14 days from the date of its receipt, based on the applicable laws and these Terms. However, the deadline may be extended in the event of reasons beyond the Organizer's control, about which the Participant will be informed.
9. PERSONAL DATA
9.1. Participants in the Promotion agree to provide their respective Organizer with the collection of the following personal data: Xiaomi Account ID, email address
9.2. These data shall be collected and processed by the Organizer to ensure the proper organization and management of the Promotion i.e. delivery of the benefits.
9.3. The Organizer and its affiliated partner(s) respect the Participant’s privacy and undertake to protect it in accordance with their respective privacy policies and the applicable laws.
9.4. Personal data will be kept for the time necessary to guarantee the Participant with the exercise of their rights and actions in relation to the Promotion.
9.5. By entering the Promotion, you hereby consent that the above personal data will be collected by us. We will collect, use, disclose, process, and protect your personal information according to our privacy policy. You can follow the link below to learn more about our privacy policy.

10. LIABILITY AND REPRESENTATION
10.1 ORGANIZER’S REPRESENTATION
Unless otherwise expressly stated in these Terms, the Organizer and its affiliated or third-party Organizers (safe for mandatory provisions of the applicable law which cannot be excluded) provide the Promotion on best effort basis only and exclude all warranties and conditions of any kind whether expressly or implied. In particular but without limitation, the Organizer and its affiliated or third-party Organizers do not warrant or represent that:
The Promotion is fit for any purpose or meet Participant requirements or is provided without any errors or deficiencies or that the Promotion in compliance with any quality levels, as the case may be;
The Promotion is available to Participant at any time and provided to Participant without disruption, interruption or delay;
Any information (whether oral or written) obtained by Participant from Organizer or as a result of Participant taking part in the Promotion (including any materials or products) will be suitable, accurate, complete, or reliable.
10.2 ORGANIZER’S LIABILITY
Organizer (safe for mandatory provisions of the applicable law which cannot be excluded) is not liable to Participant, regardless of the legal grounds, in particular whether in contract, tort (including negligence) or any theory of liability, in or out of the connection with the participation in the Promotion for:
Any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages;
Any loss of income, business, actual or anticipated profits, opportunity, goodwill or reputation (whether direct or indirect);
Any damage to and/or corruption or loss of data (whether direct or indirect);
Any changes, modifications, extensions or limitations (including any suspension of Participant) in the Promotion;
Access to Participant account and account data or Participant registration data taking part of the Promotion, or any permanent or temporary cessation in the terms or conditions of the Promotion (or any part of them).
In the term that the Organizer is liable for a breach of these terms, Organizer liability shall be limited to damages which the Organizer must typically expect at the time of the conclusion of these Terms due to the circumstances known at the time. Notwithstanding the above, such damages shall not be higher than 100 Euro (or equivalent local currency).
Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit Organizer:
a) Liability for death, personal injury, or fraud or in accordance with any product liability act; and
b) Warranty or liability for damages or losses which may not be lawfully excluded or limited by applicable law.
If the laws in the Participant jurisdiction do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, terms, or conditions or the limitation or exclusion of liability for loss or damage caused by negligence, breach of contract or breach of implied terms, or incidental or consequential damages, only the limitations which are lawful in that jurisdiction will apply to the Participant and Organizer’s liability and warranty will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
10.3 PARTICIPANT’S LIABILITY
Participant is entirely responsible for any breach of obligations under:
These Terms; and
Any applicable law or regulation in the relevant jurisdictions, including the jurisdiction where you are a resident or from where you are participating in the Promotion.
And for the consequences of any such breach, including any loss or damage which the Organizer or any third-party may incur or suffer. The Organizer will have no responsibility to Participant or to any third party in respect of such breach.
11. LEGISLATION AND APPLICABLE JURISDICTION
11.1 The content of these Terms is made available to the public on mi.com/ae-en and at the Organizer's headquarters.
11.2 Participation in the Promotion cannot be combined with other promotions and contests conducted by the Organizer.
11.3 These Terms are the only document setting out the detailed rules of the Promotion.
11.4 These Terms, will be interpreted and applied in accordance with laws of the United Arab Emirates.
11.5 Entry in the Promotion is tantamount to acceptance of the provisions of the Terms.
11.6 The Organizer shall not be liable for damages caused by incorrect or outdated data provided by the Participants.
11.7 The Organizer reserves the right to decide on the exclusion of a Participant from the Promotion in case of violation of the Terms by a given Participant, attempted fraud, as well as in case of any other serious breaches in the Participant’s conduct. The excluded Participant forfeits the right to apply for the coupons specified in these Terms, and in the event that they have received a coupon, they are obliged to return it.
11.8 For an important reason, the Organizer may make changes to these Terms. An important reason is in particular: (a) a change in generally applicable laws or their interpretation by authorized bodies, directly affecting the content of these Terms and resulting in the need to adjust these Terms to such change in laws or their interpretation; (b) the issuance of a ruling, decision or other similar act by a court or authorized public authority, directly affecting the content of these Terms and resulting in the need to amend these Terms to conform to such ruling, decision or other similar act; (c) the prevention of violations of these Terms or the prevention of abuse, as well as the removal of ambiguities or doubts of interpretation regarding the content of these Terms (d) changes in the names, addresses or corporate data indicated in the content of these Terms; (e) the need to adapt the technical requirements indicated in these Terms to current standards.
11.9 The Organizer shall inform the Participants of any change to these Terms no later than 7 (seven) days prior to the proposed effective date of the changes to the content of these Terms, subject to paragraph 11.10.
11.10 If an applicable law, ruling or other similar act of an authorized public authority requires the Organizer to amend these Terms within a shorter period of time than indicated in paragraph 11.9, the notification of amendment to these Terms shall indicate such shorter period of time, together with the reason.
11.11 The amended Terms shall apply to the Participant who does not resign from the Promotion before the effective date of the amendment to these Terms.
11.12 An amendment to these Terms shall not adversely affect the conditions of participation in the Promotion. The change of these Terms does not affect the rights acquired by the Participant before the change of these Terms.
