TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. ORGANIZATION AND ORGANIZER

1.1. The following terms and conditions (hereinafter, the "Terms" or "Rules") regulate the rules for participating in the "2026 Autumn Sale" (hereinafter, the "Activity"), which provides a variety of promotions for Participants.

1.2. The Activity is organised by: Xiaomi Technology L.L.C. (The "Promoter"). ID Registration number: 1478465 Address: Office No. A205-206, DIC-31, Innovation Hub, Phase 1, Free Zone Al Sufouh 2, Dubai, UAE (hereinafter, the "Organiser").

1.3. Participation in the Activity is voluntary and free of charge, except for internet costs or any other connection costs.

1.4. For any questions regarding the Activity, Participants may contact the Organizer at service.ae@support.mi.com (hereinafter, the "Activity Contact").

2. ACCEPTANCE OF THE ACTIVITY'S RULES

By participating in the Activity, the Participant hereby accepts (i) these Terms and (ii) Xiaomi's Terms of Use mi.com/ae-en, mi.com/ae-ar and Privacy Policy available at: https://privacy.mi.com/all/languages/.

3. PLATFORM

3.1. This Activity is primarily an online event which is accessible through mi.com/ae-en, mi.com/ae-ar and the Mi Store APP.

4. PARTICIPANT'S ELIGIBILITY

4.1. To participate in the Activity, the Participant must:

Be of legal age and possess legal capacity according to the laws of the U.A.E., and

Meet any additional eligibility requirements under the Participant's place of residence. (hereinafter the "Participant(s)" or "You").

4.2. The Participant must provide accurate and complete information when registering or participating in the Activity. The Organizer reserves the right to reject or disqualify any Participant who provides inaccurate or erroneous information without prior notice or explanation.

4.3. The Organizer does not provide insurance for illness, accident, injury, death, or any loss or damage that may occur in connection with participation in the Activity. The Participant is responsible for obtaining any necessary insurance coverage.

4.4. Upon request, the Participant must be able to demonstrate, within a reasonable period, that they meet the eligibility criteria specified in these Terms.

4.5. Employees of the Organizer, its affiliates, or any company involved in organizing or managing the Activity, as well as their family members up to the second degree, are not eligible to participate.

5. TERM

5.1. The Activity will take place during the following period (hereinafter, the "Activity Period"):

End Time: September 30, 2026, 23:59 (UTC +4)

5.2. Participation is only valid within the Activity Period and exclusively at mi.com and Mi Store App listed in Clause 3.1.

6. PARTICIPATION MECHANISM

6.1 Activity A - Price Reduction (Mobiles and Tablets)

6.1.1. The price reduction campaign for eligible mobiles and tablets listed under Clause 6.1.2 will be held during:

End Time: September 30, 2026, 23:59 (UTC +4)

6.1.2. When Participants purchase the following specified Xiaomi products, they will enjoy the specified price discount. This discount will be automatically applied to the final purchase price.

These price reduction activities are valid until the inventory is exhausted, following the "first come, first served" principle.

6.2 Activity B - Bundled Gift

6.2.1. The bundling and gifting event will be held during:

6.2.2. When purchasing the following Xiaomi products, Participants will automatically receive a free gift in their shopping carts. Gifts are limited in quantity and available while supplies last.

6.3 Activity C - Price Reduction (AIoT Products)

6.3.1. The price reduction campaign for eligible AIoT products will be held during:

7. DELIVERY

7.1. During the Activity Period, orders placed on mi.com/ae-en with a single transaction exceeding 85 AED shall be eligible for free shipping. Otherwise, the customer shall be responsible for the shipping costs.

8. PERSONAL DATA

8.1. Participants agree to provide their respective Organiser with the collection of the following personal data: Mi ID

8.2. These data shall be collected and processed by the Organiser to ensure the proper organisation and management of the Activity.

8.3. The Organiser and its affiliated partner respect the Participants privacy and undertake to protect it in accordance with their respective privacy policies and the applicable laws.

8.4. Personal data will be kept for the time necessary to guarantee the Participants with the exercise of their rights and actions in relation to the Activity.

9. COMPLAINTS

9.1. All complaints related to the activity can be submitted through: https://www.mi.com/ae-en/support/

9.2. The complaint will be considered within 14 days from the date of its receipt.

10. LIABILITY AND REPRESENTATION

10.1. ORGANIZERS REPRESENTATION - The Organizer provides the Activity on best effort basis only and excludes all warranties and conditions of any kind whether expressly or implied.

10.2. ORGANIZERS LIABILITY - Organizer is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages; loss of income, business, profits; damage to data; changes in the Activity; or access to account. Liability shall not be higher than 100 euros (or equivalent local currency).

10.3. PARTICIPANTS LIABILITY - Participant is entirely responsible for any breach of the obligations under these Terms and any applicable law.

11. EXPORT CONTROL

The Activity and the functions, services and goods provided through the Activity are subject to the export controls and economic sanctions laws of multiple jurisdictions.

12. OTHERS

12.1. These Terms are interpreted and applied in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where the Organiser has its registered seat.

12.2-12.7. The Organizer may amend these Terms for important reasons with 1 day notice. Amendments may not negatively impact the terms of participation.

12.8. This version of the Terms is effective from 18 September 2026.

12.9. In matters not regulated by these Terms, generally applicable law shall apply.
