Reply: Our delivery services extend to all regions within the U.A.E., subject to postal code limitations.

Reply: Our delivery hours are Monday to Saturday from 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM. We offer an exclusive delivery service on Sundays for an additional fee. Please note that we do not provide delivery services on public holiday

Reply: No, you do not need to provide identification to receive the package. The parcel will be delivered to the address specified on the order or waybill, rather than to a specific person. This is because we cannot guarantee that the person receiving the package is you or your authorized representative. Therefore, anyone at that address may accept the package.
9) What steps should I take upon receiving my delivery?
Reply: All Mi packages are securely sealed at the warehouse prior to the shipment. Upon receipt, please inspect the external condition of the package or box for any signs of damage or indications that it may have been opened during transit.
Should you observe any damage, please indicate “Package damaged” on the delivery receipt or Proof of Delivery (POD), and note that the package is either lost or damaged. If you have concerns regarding the condition of the shipment, we advise against signing the POD or accepting the package. Instead, please return it to the courier.
If, upon opening the package, you discover that the product is tampered with or that items are missing, we ask that you take photographs and contact the Xiaomi Customer Service Center for further assistance.
10) Can I change my delivery address?
Reply: Once an order has been placed, it is not possible to modify the delivery address. In this case, to the order must be cancelled, and a new order must be placed with the correct address. If payment has already been made, a refund will be processed in accordance with our refund policy.
