TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. ORGANIZATION AND ORGANIZER

1.1. The following terms and conditions (hereinafter, the “Terms” or “Rules”) regulate the rules for participating in the “【Xiaomi Fan Festival Event】” (hereinafter, the “Activity”) , which provides an variety of promotions for Participants.

1.2. The Activity is organised by: Xiaomi Technology L.L.C. (The “Promoter”). ID Registration number: 1478465 Address: Office No. HC-8 THE ONE TOWER - Owned by Rashid Mohammed Abdullah Almazrouei - Al Thanyah First (hereinafter, the "Organiser").

1.3. Participation in the Activity is voluntary and free of charge, except for internet costs or any other connection costs.

1.4.For any questions regarding the Activity, Participants may contact the Organizer at  service.ae@support.mi.com(hereinafter, the “Activity Contact”).

2. ACCEPTANCE OF THE ACTIVITY’S RULES

By participating in the Activity, the Participant hereby accepts (i) these Terms and (ii) Xiaomi’s Terms of Use mi.com/ae-en, mi.com/ae-ar and Privacy Policy available at: https://privacy.mi.com/all/languages/.

3. PLATFORM

3.1.  This Activity is primarily an online event which is accessible through mi.com/ae-en, mi.com/ae-ar and the Mi Store APP.

4. PARTICIPANT’S ELIGIBILITY

4.1. To participate in the Activity, the Participant must:

Be of legal age and possess legal capacity according to the laws of the U.A.E., and

Meet any additional eligibility requirements under the Participant’s place of residence. (hereinafter the “Participant(s)” or “You”).

4.2. The Participant must provide accurate and complete information when registering or participating in the Activity. The Organizer reserves the right to reject or disqualify any Participant who provides inaccurate or erroneous information without prior notice or explanation.

4.3. The Organizer does not provide insurance for illness, accident, injury, death, or any loss or damage that may occur in connection with participation in the Activity. The Participant is responsible for obtaining any necessary insurance coverage.

4.4. Upon request, the Participant must be able to demonstrate, within a reasonable period, that they meet the eligibility criteria specified in these Terms.

4.5. Employees of the Organizer, its affiliates, or any company involved in organizing or managing the Activity, as well as their family members up to the second degree, are not eligible to participate.

5. TERM

5.1. The Activity will take place during the following period (hereinafter, the “Activity Period”):

Start: 1 April 2026 at 11:00 (UTC +4)

End: 30 April 2026 at 23:59 (UTC +4)

5.2. Participation is only valid within the Activity Period and exclusively at mi.com and Mi Store App listed in Clause 3.1. Any attempts to participate before or after the Activity Period, or outside the specified platform, will be considered invalid.

6. PARTICIPATION MECHANISM

6.1.   Activity A - Price Reduction

6.1.1. The price reduction campaign for eligible mobile phones and tablets listed under Clause 6.1.3 of the Terms will be held during the following time periods:

Start Time: April 1, 2026, 11:00 (UTC +4)

End Time: April 30, 2026, 23:59 (UTC +4)

6.1.2. The AIOT price reduction campaign will be held within the following two time periods for the eligible AIOT products listed under Clause 6.1.3 of the Terms:

      (i) Time Period 1

Start Time: April 1, 2026, 11:00 (UTC +4)

End Time: April 12, 2026, 23:59 (UTC +4)

     (ii) Time Period 2

     Start Time:  April 24, 2026, 11:00 (UTC +4)

 End Time:  April 30, 2026, 23:59 (UTC +4)

6.1.3. When Participants purchase the following specified Xiaomi products, they will enjoy the specified price discount. This discount will be automatically applied to the final purchase price when Participants start paying for the eligible items added to their shopping cart.

These price reduction activities are valid until the inventory is exhausted, following the "first come, first served" principle. Please note the quantity of the following products:

(i) List of Eligible Mobile Phones and Tablets

(ii) List of Eligible AIOT Products

6.2 Activity B - Bundled Gift

6.2.1. The bundling and gifting event will be held during the following time periods:

Start Time: April 1, 2026, 11:00 (UTC +4)

End Time: April 30, 2026, 23:59 (UTC +4)

6.2.2. When purchasing the following Xiaomi products, Participants will automatically receive a free gift in their shopping carts.

These gifts are limited in quantity and will be available while supplies last. Colors and specs of the gifts might differ according to the available stocks. Please pay attention to the specified product quantities below:

6.3 Activity C - Add-on Purchase

6.3.1. Add-on purchase promotion for the eligible mobile phones and tablets will be held during the following time periods:

Start Time: April 1, 2026, 11:00 (UTC +4)

End Time: April 30, 2026, 23:59 (UTC +4)

6.3.2. The AIOT Markup Purchase Event will be held during the following time periods:

Start Time: April 24, 2026, 11:00 (UTC +4)

End Time: April 30, 2026, 23:59 (UTC +4)

6.3.3. When you purchase valid items in all categories, you can add the following items to your shopping cart and purchase them at a discounted price.

6.4 Activity D - Coupons

6.4.1. POCO Coupon: Spend 1000 AED, Get 100 AED Off

6.4.1.1. Collection Time

Start Time: April 1, 2026, 11:00 (UTC +4)

End Time: April 30, 2026, 23:59 (UTC +4)

6.4.1.2. Usage period of the Coupon: Coupon can be used in next order within 30 days after receiving the coupon.

6.4.1.3. Coupon Quantity: 99999

6.4.1.4. Activity Rules: Participants who purchase any POCO mobile phone and the purchase amount reaches minimum 1000AED will receive a 100 AED discount.

6.4.2. AIOT Coupons: Participants will be entitled to a coupon based on the total transaction value as follows: (i) AED 60 coupon on a minimum spend of AED 500; (ii) AED 120 coupon on a minimum spend of AED 1,000; and (iii) AED 240 coupon on a minimum spend of AED 2,000.

6.4.2.1. Collection:

End Time: April 12, 2026, 23:59 (UTC +4)

6.4.2.2. Coupon Usage Time:  Coupon can be used in next order within 30 days after receiving the coupon.

6.4.2.3. Coupon Quantity: 99999

6.4.2.4. Activity Rules: (i) Participants who purchase any AIoT product with a total amount between 500 AED and 999 AED will receive a 60 AED discount; (ii) Participants who purchase any AIoT product with a total amount between 1000 AED and 1999 AED will receive a 120 AED discount; (iii) Participants who purchase any AIoT product with a total amount of 2000 AED or more will receive a 240 AED discount.

6.4.3. AIOT Coupon – (II): Spend 200 AED, Get 20 AED Off

6.4.3.1. Collection

Start Time: April 13, 2026, 11:00 (UTC +4)

End Time: April 23, 2026, 23:59 (UTC +4)

6.4.3.2. Coupon Usage Time:  Coupon can be used in next order within 30 days after receiving the coupon.

6.4.3.3. Coupon Quantity: 99999

6.4.3.4. Activity Rules: Participants who purchase any AIOT product with a total amount of 200 AED or more will receive a 20 AED discount.

6.4.4. How to find your coupon prize:

Step 1: Successfully log in to mi.com/ae-en.

Step 2: Navigate to "My Account".

Step 3: Click to enter the "Coupon" Center, where you will be able to view your coupon prizes.

6.4.5. Only one voucher may be used per order.

6.5 Activity E - Combo Purchase

6.5.1. The combined purchase activity will be held during the following two time periods:

      (i) Time Period 1

Start Time: April 1, 2026, 11:00 (UTC +4)

End Time: April 12, 2026, 23:59 (UTC +4)

      (ii) Time Period 2

Start Time: April 24, 2026, 11:00 (UTC +4)

End Time: April 30, 2026, 23:59 (UTC +4)

6.5.2. Participants who purchase any of the following product combinations will receive a discount as listed below:

7.1. During the Activity Period, orders placed on the mi.com/ae-en with a single transaction exceeding 100AED shall be eligible for free shipping. Otherwise, the customer shall be responsible for the shipping costs.

8. PERSONAL DATA

8.1. Participants in the Activity agree to provide their respective Organiser with the collection of the following personal data: Mi ID

8.2. These data shall be collected and processed by the Organiser to ensure the proper organisation and management of the Activity.

8.3. The Organiser and its affiliated partner respect the Participants’ privacy and undertake to protect it in accordance with their respective privacy policies and the applicable laws.

8.4.Personal data will be kept for the time necessary to guarantee the Participants with the exercise of their rights and actions in relation to the Activity.

8.5. By entering the Activity, Participants hereby consent that the above personal data will be collected by Xiaomi. Xiaomi will collect, use, disclose, process and protect your personal information according to our privacy policy. 8.6. Ultimately, Xiaomi want the best for all our Participants. If Participants have any concerns about our data management practice outlined in this Privacy Policy, they are asked to contact https://privacy.mi.com/support/?locale=en or https://privacy.mi.com/support/?locale=ar. Xiaomi will be happy to resolve your concerns directly.

9.  COMPLAINTS

9.1. All complaints related to the activity can be submitted through the website https://new.c.mi.com/global/xiaomicarnival/global/home .

9.2. The complaint will be considered within 14 days from the date of its receipt, based on the applicable laws and this Terms. However, the deadline may be extended in the event of reasons beyond the Organizer's control, about which the Participant will be informed.

10. LIABILITY AND REPRESENTATION

10.1. ORGANIZER’S REPRESENTATION

Unless otherwise expressly stated in this term, Organizer and its affiliated or third-party Organizers provide the Activity on best effort basis only and exclude all warranties and conditions of any kind whether expressly or implied. In particular but without limitation, Organizer and its affiliated or third-party Organizers do not warrant or represent that:

(i) The Activity is fit for any purpose or meet Participant requirements or is provided without any errors or deficiencies or that the Activity in compliance with any quality levels, as the case may be;

(ii) The Activity is available to Participant at any time and provided to Participant without disruption, interruption or delay;

(iii) Any information (whether oral or written) obtained by Participant from Organizer or as a result of Participant taking part in the Activity (including any materials or products) will be suitable, accurate, complete, or reliable; and

(iv) That any deficiencies in the Activity, including any defects in performance, operation or functionality of the Activity will be fixed, corrected or otherwise remedied.

10.2. ORGANIZER’S LIABILITY

Organizer is not liable to Participant, regardless of the legal grounds, in particular whether in contract, tort (including negligence) or any theory of liability, in or out of connection with the participation in the Activity for:

(i)  Any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages;

(ii) Any loss of income, business, actual or anticipated profits, opportunity, goodwill or reputation (whether direct or indirect);

(iii) Any damage to and/or corruption or loss of data (whether direct or indirect);

(iv) Any changes, modifications, extensions or limitations (including any suspension of Participant) in the Activity;

(v) Access to Participant account and account data or Participant registration data taking part of the Activity, or any permanent or temporary cessation in the terms or conditions of the Activity (or any part of them).

In the term that Organizer is liable for a breach of these terms, Organizer liability shall be limited to damages which Organizer must typically expect at the time of the conclusion of these Terms due to the circumstances known at the time.

Notwithstanding the above, such damages shall not be higher than 100 euros (or equivalent local currency).

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit Organizer:

a) Liability for death, personal injury or fraud or in accordance with any product liability act; and

b) Warranty or liability for damages or losses which may not be lawfully excluded or limited by applicable law. If the laws in the Participant jurisdiction do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, terms or conditions or the limitation or exclusion of liability for loss or damage caused by negligence, breach of contract or breach of implied terms, or incidental or consequential damages, only the limitations which are lawful in that jurisdiction will apply to the Participant and Organizer’s liability and warranty will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

10.3. PARTICIPANT’S LIABILITY

Participant is entirely responsible for any breach of the obligations under:

(i) These Terms; and

(ii) Any applicable law or regulation in the relevant jurisdictions, including the jurisdiction where you are a resident or from where you are participating in the Activity.

(iii) And for the consequences of any such breach, including any loss or damage which Organizer or any third-party may incur or suffer. Organizer will have no responsibility to Participant or to any third party in respect of such breach.

11. EXPORT CONTROL

Upon participating in the Activity, the Participant understands and agrees that:

The Activity and the functions, services and goods provided through the Activity are subject to the export controls and economic sanctions laws of multiple jurisdictions containing restrictions on destination, end user and end use, including but not limited to: (1) not to use of any functions, service or goods for any activities related to military end uses, support of terrorism, nuclear facilities, chemical or biological weapons, missiles, weapons of mass destruction, etc.; (2) comply with all export, re-export and resale restrictions applicable to the goods.

If Participant's use of the functions and services being provided through the Activity violates, or in our reasonable opinion may violate, the requirements and restrictions of relevant laws, resulting in a compliance risk or adverse impact on the Activity, functions and services and supply of goods, the Organizer reserves the right to suspend, restrict or terminate the provisions of all or part of the goods and services.

12.  OTHERS

13.1. These Terms, which will be interpreted and applied in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where the Organiser has its registered seat, do not, however, exclude the application of the law applicable to the place where the Participant resides if required by law.

13.2. The Organizer may amend these Terms for important reasons. Important reasons include, in particular: (1) a change in generally applicable legal provisions or their interpretation by authorized bodies, having a direct impact on the content of the Terms and necessitating their adaptation to such change in legal provisions or their interpretation; (2) the issuance of a judgment, decision, or other similar act by a court or authorized public authority, having a direct impact on the content of the Terms and necessitating their amendment in order to adapt to such judgment, decision, or other similar act; (3) preventing violations of the Terms or counteracting abuse, as well as removing ambiguities or interpretative doubts regarding the content of the Terms; (4) changes in the names, addresses, or company details indicated in the Terms; The Organizer will inform Participants of any amendments to these Terms no later than 1 (one) day before the proposed effective date of the amendments to the Terms.

13.3. If applicable law, a ruling, or other similar act of an authorized public authority requires the Organizer to amend the Terms within a shorter period, the notification of the amendment to the Terms will indicate such shorter period, along with an indication of the reason.

13.4. The amended Terms apply to Participants who do not withdraw from participation in the Promotion before the effective date of the amendment to the Terms.

13.5. The Organizer will inform Participants of the amendment to the Terms by posting information about the amendment on the Promotion Website.

13.6. Amendments to the Terms may not negatively impact the terms of participation in the Activity. Amendments to the Terms do not affect the rights acquired by the Participant prior to the amendment to the Terms.

13.8. The Organizer reserves the right to terminate the Activity before its expiry date in the event of extraordinary external circumstances related to the safety of those participating in the Activity, or for other important reasons.

13.9. This version of the Terms is effective  from 1 April 2026

13.10. In matters not regulated by these Terms, generally applicable law shall apply.
