  1. 1 Q: When is the next stock coming?

    A: Usually the new batch will be go on sale every Tuesday at 12:00pm. However, this is not always the case. We will post updates about availabilities on our Facebook page on a regular basis : https://www.facebook.com/XiaomiMalaysia Please follow our page to get all the updates.

  2. 2 Q: Can I change the address after I placed the order?

    A: No. We are sorry but the address cannot be changed after the order is placed. If the address cannot be reached, please contact us to cancel the order.

  3. 3 Q: When my parcel will arrive? How do I trace my parcel?

    A: The delivery of flash sale order takes about two weeks. And about 3-5 days after you placed the order, you will get a transport number under "My Orders" and then please trace the parcel on the website of corresponding delivery company ( www.fedex.com/my or www.ups.com/my ).
