Where do you ship?

We currently ship to street addresses in the United States. However, Hawaii, Alaska and other non-continental United States territories are not covered.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

It takes 3-5 working days by Express shipping after you place an order and we complete shipment. For Standard shipping, most orders will arrive 4-8 working days after shipment is completed.

We are not liable to any shipping delays, nor loss of any kind caused by unforeseen and uncontrollable circumstances, such as unreachable recipients, invalid addresses, weather conditions that affect delivery, customs clearance delays and so on. In these situations, Xiaomi will try its best to notify customers of the delay, and if possible, make new delivery/collection arrangements with an estimated delivery date.

How are shipping costs calculated?

We ship all products directly from our China warehouses and shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order. Standard shipping is free of charge and express shipping fee starts from US$14.

Do I need to pay for import tax and/or duty?

Import taxes or other customs charges, if incurred, will be collected by the courier upon delivery.

Is it necessary for me to provide identification when I receive the package?

No, it is not necessary. Our partners will deliver the package according to the shipping address. Please make sure your address information is correct.

What should I do if I have found shipping damage or wrong items?

All Xiaomi packages are in perfect conditions and are sealed at the warehouse before they are shipped to you. Please check the packaging box and see if there are any signs of damage, or if the package has been opened during transit. If the box is damaged or items missing when you open the package, please contact our Xiaomi Customer Service and we will help you troubleshoot the issue.

Do you deliver to PO Boxes?

No, we can only deliver to a street address. The recipient must sign the package at the delivery address.

What happens if I gave the wrong delivery address?

Once the order has been shipped, we cannot change the delivery address. In the event of an order being delivered to an incorrect address, or cannot be delivered at all, we will inform you by email. The couriers will hold the package for 5 days, and you may contact Xiaomi or our delivery partners to arrange for another delivery. If we do not hear from you within 5 days, the package will be returned to Xiaomi and you’ll be responsible for the return shipping fees, which will be deducted from your refund of the product’s retail price. Meanwhile, the original shipping fees from China to your country and taxes paid are not refundable.

What if the package was delivered to the wrong person?

Please contact our delivery partners or Xiaomi Customer Support to get assistance.

FedEx, DHL are our delivery partners.

How can I track my order?

Please track your package through My Order on Mi.com or directly through our delivery agents’ websites with your tracking number.
