XIAOMI SERVICE MONTH - CONDITIONS

Xiaomi celebrates Service Month to thank all Xiaomi Mi fans for their loyalty. For this reason, Xiaomi has prepared below promotion for consumers.

REPAIR DISCOUNT PROMOTION

Eligible models:
All smartphones (Mi series, Redmi series, and POCO series) purchased on www.mi.com/uk, www.po.co/uk/, and from local authorized Xiaomi sellers ("Product").

SCOPE OF SERVICE:
There will be a 50% discount on the out-of-warranty repair labor fee for beneficiaries who avail of Xiaomi customer service, and who walk in Xiaomi authorized service center, for product repair during the Promotion Period.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. PROMOTER AND PROMOTION

This repair discount promotion (the "Promotion") is offered by Xiaomi Technology UK Limited, having its registered office at 100 Brook Drive, Green Park, Reading RG2 6UJ, United Kingdom (the "Promoter").

2. PROMOTION PERIOD

This promotion is valid from 29/09/2021 and ends on 31/10/2021. (the "Promotion Period").

3. TERRITORY

The Promotion is only valid in the UK.

4. BENEFICIARIES AND MECHANISM

a.- Beneficiaries

If you have purchased any of the Products (Mi series, Redmi series, and POCO series) from www.mi.com/uk, www.po.co/uk/, or from an authorized Xiaomi seller and the repair of the Product is out of warranty (either time or scope), if you request customer service from www.mi.com/uk, or walk in Xiaomi authorized service center during the Promotion Period, and you are ("Beneficiary") of this Promotion, we will grant you a ONE (1) time 50% discount* on the labor cost related to the repair of the Product in accordance with the terms and conditions set out in these T&Cs. ("T&C").

*Please note that the cost of replacement parts is excluded from the 50% discount.

b.- Mechanism

We will instruct you on how to send your defective Product to our repair service for inspection, and beneficiaries will be asked to send the proof of purchase or delivery note. Please contact our customer service department:

  Upon receipt of the device at the latest, we will confirm whether these conditions apply to you and if so, the repair service will provide you with a detailed offer applying the 50% labor cost discount (the cost of spare parts is excluded from the discount). Beneficiaries can decide whether to accept the offer and have your phone repaired or not. In the latter case, we will return your phone unrepaired and you will be responsible for the cost of inspection and shipping (for more information on the cost, see: https://www.mi.com/uk/service/support/materialprice.html ).

5. MISCELLANEOUS

1) The Promoter will advertise the Promotion on www.mi.com/uk and through any other means it deems appropriate to inform the public and the promotional materials will be subject to these T&Cs.
2) The Promoter will interpret and explain the terms of this Promotion in accordance with legal requirements. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel this Promotion with prior notice and taking into account the orders already placed by the Beneficiaries.
3) Beneficiaries will be automatically and immediately excluded from this and all other mi.com Promotions if they engage in malicious, unreasonable, misleading or inappropriate behavior, use disproportionate, fraudulent or improper means or violate any applicable legal requirements.

6. EXCLUSIONS

This Promotion does not apply to or cover the following situations:
a. The Beneficiary is unable or unwilling to produce proof of purchase and/or delivery notes.
b. The serial number and/or IMEI number is damaged or has been removed or tampered with;
c. The product is a counterfeit and was not manufactured by Xiaomi.
