Five-digit code — for an enhanced security
100,000 possible digit combinations for up to 10 times greater* security than a normal four-digit code lock. The code reset function was subjected to 5000 test cycles* to ensure the highest standards of durability.

Changing the code
Initial code is 00000, as shown next to the arrow.
Turn the code wheel
With the initial code aligned, turn the wheel 90° clockwise as shown.
Set new code
Set the new code to 12345 as shown.
Turn the wheel back
Rotate the wheel 90° anticlockwise.
Insert the lock cylinder into the lock body to complete the installation process.
How to use the lock
*5-digit codes have 100,000 possible combinations, while 4-digit codes have only 10,000 combinations. 5-digit codes therefore have 10 times the number of combinations of standard 4-digit codes.
*With the code wheel aligned and unlocked, the lock head was detached and then reattached, and the code wheel turned 360° to complete one test cycle. The lock was then tested to the specified number of cycles, demonstrating a service life of at least 5000 cycles with no loss of functionality.
*The lock was secured around two round metal rods with a diameter of 25mm, with the lock head evenly positioned between both rods. A tensile tester was then used to apply tension up to the specified value.
*When locked, the lock can withstand a tensile force of 1500N without any loss of functionality.
