GRAND OPENING PROMOTION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. PROMOTION ORGANIZATION AND ORGANIZER

    1. The following terms and conditions (hereinafter, the "Terms”) regulate the rules of promotion available on mi.com/sa called “GRAND OPENING PROMOTION” (hereinafter the "Promotion"), which is organized by Xiaomi Smart Co. Ltd., with its registered office at: 7421 King Fahad Road Al Olaya District Unit 1141 Riyadh 12212 – 3143, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and Commercial Registration Number 1009194371 (hereinafter: "Organizer").

    3. The Participant by taking part in the Promotion hereby accepts:

  1. TERRITORY

The Promotion is valid only in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (hereinafter: “Territory”) for purchases made on mi.com/sa-en website.

  1. TERM

The Promotion is valid from (2026.01.30 00:00:00) till (2026.02.13 23:59:59) or until stock lasts whichever occurs first (hereinafter: “Term of Promotion”).

  1. PARTICIPANT’S ELIGIBILITY

    1. A participant in the Promotion must be a natural person, who has a Mi Account, (hereinafter: the "Participants" and/or the "Participant").

    2. Upon the Organizer’s request, Participant must be able to demonstrate at any time and, within a reasonable period, that he/she meets the necessary above-mentioned conditions to participate in the Promotion.

    1. PROMOTION MECHANISM

    Under this Promotion, during the Term of Promotion Participant is entitled to receive a special discount or additional product according to the conditions set forth below (hereinafter: “Special Offer”). Throughout the Term of the Promotion, Special Offers are given away on a first-comes and first-served basis.

    1. COMPLAINTS

      1. All complaints related to the Promotion can be submitted through the website https://www.mi.com/sa-en/support.

      2. The complaint will be considered within 14 days from the date of its receipt, based on the applicable laws and these Terms. However, the deadline may be extended in the event of reasons beyond the Organizer's control, about which the Participant will be informed.

    1. PERSONAL DATA

      1. Participants in the Activity agree to provide their respective Organizer with the collection of the following personal data: Mi ID number and Email.

      2. This data shall be collected and processed by the Organizer to ensure the proper organization and management of the promotion i.e. delivery of the benefits.

      3. The Organizer and its affiliated partner(s) respect the Participant’s privacy and undertake to protect it in accordance with their respective privacy policies and the applicable laws.

      4. Personal data will be kept for the time necessary to guarantee the Participant with the exercise of their rights and actions in relation to the promotion.

      5. By entering the promotion, you hereby consent that the above personal data will be collected by us. We will collect, use, disclose, process, and protect your personal information according to our privacy policy. You can follow the link below to learn more about our privacy policy.

    1. LIABILITY AND REPRESENTATION

      1.   ORGANIZER’S REPRESENTATION

      1. Unless otherwise expressly stated in this term, Organizer and its affiliated or third-party Organizers provide the Activity on a best-effort basis only and exclude all warranties and conditions of any kind whether expressly or implied. In particular but without limitation, Organizer and its affiliated or third-party Organizers do not warrant or represent that:

        1. The Activity is fit for any purpose or meets Participant requirements or is provided without any errors or deficiencies or that the Activity is in compliance with any quality levels, as the case may be;

        2. The Activity is available to the Participant at any time and provided to the Participant without disruption, interruption, or delay;

        3. Any information (whether oral or written) obtained by the Participant from the Organizer or as a result of the Participant taking part in the Activity (including any materials or products) will be suitable, accurate, complete, or reliable; and

        4. Any deficiencies in the Activity, including any defects in performance, operation, or functionality of the Activity will be fixed, corrected, or otherwise remedied.

      1.   ORGANIZER’S LIABILITY

      1. Organizer is not liable to Participant, regardless of the legal grounds, in particular, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or any theory of liability, in or out of the connection with the participation in the Activity for:

        1. Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages;

        2. Any loss of income, business, actual or anticipated profits, opportunity, goodwill, or reputation (whether direct or indirect);

        3. Any damage to and/or corruption or loss of data (whether direct or indirect);

        4. Any changes, modifications, extensions, or limitations (including any suspension of Participant) in the Activity;

        5. Access to Participant account and account data or Participant registration data taking part of the Activity, or any permanent or temporary cessation in the terms or conditions of the Activity (or any part of them).

      2. In the term that the Organizer is liable for a breach of these terms, Organizer liability shall be limited to damages which the Organizer must typically expect at the time of the conclusion of these Terms due to the circumstances known at the time. Notwithstanding the above, such damages shall not be higher than 100 euros (or equivalent local currency).

      3. If the laws in the Participant jurisdiction do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, terms, or conditions or the limitation or exclusion of liability for loss or damage caused by negligence, breach of contract or breach of implied terms, or incidental or consequential damages, only the limitations which are lawful in that jurisdiction will apply to the Participant and Organizer’s liability and warranty will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

        1.     PARTICIPANT’S LIABILITY

      4. The participant is entirely responsible for any breach of the obligations under:

        1. These T&C; and

        2. Any applicable law or regulation in the relevant jurisdictions, including the jurisdiction where you are a resident or from where you are participating in the Activity.

        3. And for the consequences of any such breach, including any loss or damage which Organizer or any third party may incur or suffer. The organizer will have no responsibility to the participant or to any third party with respect to such breach.

    1. LEGISLATION AND APPLICABLE JURISDICTION

      1. The content of these Terms is made available to the public on mi.com/sa-en and at the Organizer's headquarters.

      2. Participation in the Promotion cannot be combined with other promotions and contests conducted by the Organizer.

      3. These Terms are the only document setting out the detailed rules of the Promotion.

      4. These Terms, will be interpreted and applied in accordance with laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

      5. Entry in the Promotion is tantamount to acceptance of the provisions of the Terms.

      6. The Organizer shall not be liable for damages caused by incorrect or outdated data provided by the Participants.

      7. The Organizer reserves the right to decide on the exclusion of a Participant from the Promotion in case of violation of the Terms by a given Participant, attempted fraud, as well as in case of any other serious breaches in the Participant’s conduct. The excluded Participant forfeits the right to apply for the coupons specified in these Terms, and in the event that they have received a coupon, they are obliged to return it.

      8. For an important reason, the Organizer may make changes to these Terms. An important reason is in particular: (a) a change in generally applicable laws or their interpretation by authorized bodies, directly affecting the content of these Terms and resulting in the need to adjust these Terms to such change in laws or their interpretation; (b) the issuance of a ruling, decision or other similar act by a court or authorized public authority, directly affecting the content of these Terms and resulting in the need to amend these Terms to conform to such ruling, decision or other similar act; (c) the prevention of violations of these Terms or the prevention of abuse, as well as the removal of ambiguities or doubts of interpretation regarding the content of these Terms (d) changes in the names, addresses or corporate data indicated in the content of these Terms; (e) the need to adapt the technical requirements indicated in these Terms to current standards.

      9. The Organizer shall inform the Participants of any change to these Terms no later than 7 (seven) days prior to the proposed effective date of the changes to the content of these Terms, subject to paragraph 11.10.

      10. If an applicable law, ruling or other similar act of an authorized public authority requires the Organizer to amend these Terms within a shorter period of time than indicated in paragraph 11.9, the notification of amendment to these Terms shall indicate such shorter period of time, together with the reason.

      11. The amended Terms shall apply to the Participant who does not resign from the Promotion before the effective date of the amendment to these Terms.

      12. An amendment to these Terms shall not adversely affect the conditions of participation in the Promotion. The change of these Terms does not affect the rights acquired by the Participant before the change of these Terms.

      13. These Terms are effective as of (2026.01.30)
