What to do if the Xiaomi Smart Inverter Dehumidifier cannot be turned on?

To solve this problem, please refer to the following steps:
1. Ensure that the power outlet is energized, and then confirm whether the power cord plug is securely inserted;
2. The dehumidifier will emit a beeping sound once the power cord is connected and electricity is supplied. At this point, pressing the On/Standby Button allows the dehumidifier to turn on;
3. If the dehumidifier emits a beeping sound but the screen still displays a fault code, you can refer to the User manual or have it serviced.
If the dehumidifier cannot be turned on in the APP, please refer to the following steps:
1. Confirm that the Xiaomi Smart Inverter Dehumidifier has power, can be turned on, and operates properly;
2. Confirm that the Wi-Fi is working properly;
3. Please unplug the supply cord and then plug in the power cord after 10 seconds (The power supply needs to be discharged for some time). Try resetting the Wi-Fi of the Xiaomi Smart Inverter Dehumidifier and reconnecting to Wi-Fi.
There are the following cases in which there is no work:
1. When the set humidity is higher than the current ambient humidity detected by the unit, the compressor operates at a low speed and the compressor does not run;
2. The product has a three-minute start/stop protection function to prevent the compressor from starting and stopping frequently within a short period, which affects the life of the compressor. If you just restarted your device, it also doesn’t work;
3. If the Xiaomi Smart Inverter Dehumidifier is turned on within three minutes immediately after it is turned off, the compressor will not work.
