Please refer to the following troubleshooting steps to solve this issue:
1. Please use a soft dry cloth to wipe the lens of the laser sensor to remove fingerprints or dust;
2. Some surfaces with darker colors, high reflectivity (such as metal), transparent objects (glass walls), small table or chair legs and some low obstacles, or obstacles appearing in blind spots, can occasionally not be detected, leading to collisions;
3. When the ambient light is weak, the recognition ability for mesh-like objects, power cords, shoes, and weight scales decreases;
4. When the robot vacuum encounters flexible obstacles like curtains or slightly open doors, it will slow down and lightly touch or avoid contact altogether. If there is slight contact is normal;
5. If your home environment is complex with many obstacles on the ground, the robot vacuum can encounter collisions when trying to free itself from being stuck.
