Why is there no sound when the Xiaomi Desktop Speaker Pro Set is connected to a device via the USB port?

If there is no sound when the Xiaomi Desktop Speaker Pro Set is connected to a device via the USB port, please refer to the following reasons:
1. Make sure the speaker has been switched to the USB channel. Press the Action button twice until you hear the voice prompt “USB channel.”
2. Some devices can treat the USB connection as a power supply only rather than an audio output channel. If there is still no sound, please check the computer or phone and set the audio output to “Xiaomi Desktop Speaker Pro Set.”
3. A faulty USB cable or port can prevent proper audio transmission. Try replacing the new one and connecting.
4. If the issue persists, please apply for the after-sales inspection.
Note:
Some phones and tablets can not support wired audio connections due to protocol limitations.
