1. Please check if the earbuds are low on battery. Try putting them back in the charging case to charge, and then try again.
2. Dirt or debris can block the earbud speaker, affecting sound output. Gently clean the earbud openings with a soft brush or cotton swab to remove dust, earwax, or other particles.
3. If the firmware is outdated, it can cause system bugs affecting call audio. You can update the earbuds to the latest firmware.
4. Connect another phone to test and confirm whether it is a phone compatibility issue or a system issue.
5. Please disconnect Bluetooth and pair again to check if the problem is resolved.
6. After resetting the earphones, pair them with your phone again to check if the problem is resolved.
7. If all of the above methods are ineffective, please contact the after-sales service center for inspection and repair.
