Xiaomi’s number 1 priority is the welfare of our customers and partners, to this end we are changing our after-sale policy to ensure you don’t need to worry about your Xiaomi products warranty period at this challenging time but can focus on the priority to stay healthy. The changes we have made are as follows.
If your Xiaomi products standard in warranty coverage is due to finish between 2020-08-04 and 2020-08-18, we will be extending the in warranty period for an additional 1 month.
If you have purchased your device from 2020-08-04 to 2020-08-18, Xiaomi and also our authorized retailer will extent the time you can return your product for a swap or refund if you have an issue with the device to 30 days.
