Il Concorso è aperto agli adulti (18 anni) residenti in Francia e / o in Italia in possesso di un documento di identità o passaporto valido al momento dell'assegnazione del premio.

I partecipanti garantiscono che le foto che inviano per partecipare al Concorso sono proprie o che detengono i diritti necessari per partecipare a questo Concorso rispettando le condizioni stabilite in queste Regole del Concorso. Il partecipante è pienamente responsabile per il contenuto delle foto con piena indennità da parte dell'organizzatore.
I premi consisteranno nel:
i) un (1) vincitore di Miglior Foto e un (1) sostituto;
Il vincitore di Miglior Foto riceverà uno (1) Mi 9 SE (valore approssimativo 349,90 euro) denominato "il vincitore della migliore foto" e il "Premio della migliore foto").
ii) Cinque (5) Vincitori di Foto Creative o Uniche e cinque (5) sostituti.
Ciascuno dei cinque vincitori di “Foto Creative o Uniche” riceverà uno (1) coupon di sconto di 40 euro che può essere utilizzato per il suo acquisto su mi.com prima del 27/06/2019 (denominato "il vincitore di Foto creative o uniche") con un minimo di spesa di 69 euro.
Sia il Premio della Migliore Foto che il Premio di Foto Creative o Uniche, verranno collettivamente e indistintamente menzionati in seguito come "Premio".
L'Organizzatore si riserva il diritto di sostituire il Premio per un altro di pari valore o caratteristiche, informando sempre di questa circostanza nei suoi media.
Il Premio corrispondente a questa promozione non è convertibile in denaro e sarà soggetto, se applicabile, alle corrispondenti imposte e ritenute se applicabili.
Il Premio non può essere scambiato con nessun altro regalo o scambiato con il suo equivalente in contanti. Il premio è personale e non trasferibile. Il premio verrà inviato per posta all'indirizzo confermato dal vincitore.
Una volta che il Concorso è finito, una giuria composta dall'Organizzatore valuterà in base al seguente standard:
L'Organizzatore pubblicherà un elenco provvisorio con un (1) Vincitore di Miglior Foto, un (1) Sostituto e cinque (5) Vincitore Creativa o Unica su mi.com/it nel giorno 27 Maggio 2019, e chiederà un contatto per la ricezione del Premio tramite il seguente indirizzo email: v-liutian@xiaomi.com. Per ricevere il Premio, il Partecipante deve confermare il proprio contatto e i propri dati personali tramite posta privata all'indirizzo:v-liutian@xiaomi.com. Dopo sette (7) giorni di calendario dalla pubblicazione del Vincitore, se il vincitore non contatta l'Organizzatore per confermare i suoi dati o se non possiamo contattarlo per qualsiasi motivo, perderà le condizioni del Vincitore e contatterà il Sostituto. E così via se necessario.
Partecipando al Concorso, i Partecipanti autorizzano l'Organizzatore a riprodurre e mettere a disposizione del pubblico, direttamente o tramite il suo Web e / o i suoi Social Network, il nome e l'immagine del Vincitore, nonché le foto premiate con qualsiasi mezzo, sempre in connessione con il Concorso e / o per scopi promozionali o pubblicitari relativi al Concorso. The Organizer shall have the right to reject
(i) Participants whose data are false or incomplete
(ii) Participants who contravene the applicable regulations
(iii) Participants whose photos are not original or infringe the intellectual property of third parties. The Participants guarantee that the photos they send for participation in the Contest are their own or that they hold the necessary rights to participate in this Contest complying with the conditions established in these Contest Rules. The Participant is fully responsible for the Content of the photos with full indemnity from the Organizer.
i) one (1) Winner of Best Photo and one (1) Substitute; The Winner of Best Photo will receive one (1) Mi 9 SE (approx. value 349.9EUROS) referred to as the “Winner of Best Photo" and the “Prize of Best Photo").
ii) Ten (10) Winner of Notable and Unique Photos and Ten (10) Substitutes.
Each one of the Ten Winner of Notable and Unique Photo will receive one (1) discount coupon of 40 euros which can be used for his/her purchase in mi.com before 27/06/2019 ( referred to as the “Winner of Notable and Unique Photos d the “Prize of Notable and Unique Photos").
Both Prize of Best Photo and Prize of Notable and Unique Photos, collectively and indistinctively referred hereinafter as the “Prize”.
The Organizer reserves the right to substitute the Prizefor another of equal value or characteristics, always informing of this circumstance in its media. The Prize corresponding to this promotion is not exchangeable in cash and will be subject, if applicable, to the corresponding tax and withholdings if applicable.
The Prize cannot be exchanged for any other gift or exchanged for its equivalent in cash. The Prize is personal and non-transferable.

After seven(7) calendar days from the publication of the Winner, if the winner does not contact the Organizer to confirm his data or if we cannot contact him for whatever reason, he will lose the condition of Winner and will contact the Substitute. And so on if necessary.
