Xiaomi Rewards Club

This Xiaomi Rewards Club (“Loyalty Program”) is brought to you by Xiaomi available only to persons who have registered Accounts on www.mi.com (the “Site”).

Your participation in this Loyalty Program is governed by these terms and conditions, and such other policies as applicable to the Site. This Loyalty Program shall be made available to you on this Site and on your purchases made in selected brick and mortar retail outlets branded as ‘Mi Homes’ owned and operated by Xiaomi, or any third party under authorization from Xiaomi, and other brick and mortar storefronts established, maintained and operated by authorized third parties including Mi Store, Mi Studio and other authorized retail outlets within the territorial boundaries of India (“Stores”). The main features of the Loyalty Program shall be as follows:

As part of this Loyalty Program For every INR. 100 (One Hundred Indian Rupees) spent on your purchase, you will get 1 (one) reward point (each a “Mi Point”).

Mi Points will be credited upon delivery/receipt of the products purchased from the Site and/or the Store. For certain products, Xiaomi, at its sole discretion, may choose to reward additional Mi Points to you. Further, Xiaomi has the right to exclude certain products available on the Site and/or the Store from this Loyalty Program i.e., you will not get any Mi Point on purchase of such excluded products. The list of excluded products may vary and shall be displayed to you at the time of purchase  

Each Mi Point shall have a value of INR. 1 (one Rupee) and shall have a validity period of 1 (one) year from the date on which the Mi Point has been credited to your Mi Account (“Account”), post which the unutilized Mi Points shall expire and cannot be utilized. The maximum discount you can get by redeeming Mi Points shall not exceed 20% (twenty percent) of the order value on which you wish to redeem the Mi Points (“Maximum Redemption”).

Mi Points will only be awarded on the product value and will not be awarded on shipping charges or any other charges. You may accumulate a maximum of 5000 (Five Thousand) Mi Points during a calendar year. The total number of Mi Points in your Account at any given point in time cannot exceed 5000 (five thousand) Mi Points. Any points receivable subsequent to reaching such maximum limit of 5000 (five thousand) Mi Points shall be not be credit to you and shall automatically lapse

The redemption process of the Mi Point shall be as follows: For purchases on the Site:

1.      You need to have Mi Points balance in your Account in order to redeem Mi Points.

2.      At the checkout page your Mi Points balance shall be displayed to you and an option to redeem the Mi Points, subject to the Maximum Redemption, shall be available along with a checkbox option to redeem Mi Points against the order.

3.      If you opt to redeem the Mi Points, subject to the terms and conditions herein, the discount will be applied to all the eligible products in your cart and will be adjusted against the final bill. For avoidance of doubt, please refer to the below illustrations:

In case where a customer has 3000 Mi Points,

a.       Below is a cart where all products are eligible for redemption

*in the above scenario, point redemption has been adjusted against the maximum point balance available (i.e., 3000 points)

b.      Below is a scenario where your the cart has an excluded product

*in the above scenario, Product 2 is excluded against redemption

For purchases at the Stores:

1.      You need to have Mi Points balance in your Account in order to redeem Mi Points.

2.      For Store purchases, you will need to provide the mobile number registered with your Account for invoicing.

3.      If your mobile number is registered with your Account, your available Mi Points will be visible on the billing system of the Store. Upon opting to redeem your Mi Points, you will receive an OTP. Upon submitted the OTP you agree to these terms and condition and your Mi Points will be redeemed accordingly.

4.      If you opt for redemption of Mi Points, subject to the terms and conditions herein, the discount will be applied to all the eligible products your are purchasing and will be adjusted against the final bill. For avoidance of doubt, please refer to the below illustrations:

 In case where a customer has 4000 Mi Points,

a.       Below is a cart where all products are eligible for redemption

*in the above scenario, point redemption has been adjusted against the maximum point balance available (i.e., 4000 points)

b.      Below is a scenario where the cart has an excluded product

*in the above scenario, Product 3 is excluded against redemption

Redeemed Mi Points shall not be reversed under any circumstances, including but not limited to cases of return/refund. However, in the event of cancellation of any order (in accordance with Xiaomi’s cancellation policy), on which Mi Points were redeemed, such Mi Points will automatically be returned to your Account upon cancellation of the order.

Miscellaneous

1.      Xiaomi may, at its sole discretion, change or vary the terms of this Loyalty Program by providing prior notice.

2.      Mi Points are not exchangeable for other rewards, or refundable, replaceable or transferable for cash or credit under any circumstances.

3.      Xiaomi reserves the right at its sole discretion to withdraw, cancel, amend, or modify any part of or the Loyalty Program at any time and Xiaomi will have no liability in relation thereto.

4.      All disputes, if any, arising out of or in connection with or as a result of this Loyalty Program shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Bangalore.
