Participation in this Offer is open to only those of you who: (i) can form legally binding contracts under Indian Contract Act, 1872; (ii) are residing in India; (iii) purchase an Eligible Product; and (iv) Proof of age, identity and place of residence may be required. Employees of Xiaomi and its affiliates, their immediate family members (spouses, domestic partners, parents, grandparents, siblings, children and grandchildren), and employees of Xiaomi’s advertising agencies and Offer partners are not eligible to participate in this Offer.
Xiaomi reserves the right to alter, modify or cancel any T&Cs herein, or modify, terminate or withdraw the Offer at any time during the Offer Period at its sole discretion without prior notice or assigning any reason thereof. Xiaomi retains the right to contact the participants any time after the expiry of the Offer. All email correspondence related to the Offer will be made by Xiaomi through its email IDs using the domain noreply@mi.com (Mi India) only. Users are advised not to provide their details to calls/emails from any other ID and Xiaomi will have no liability in relation thereto. This Offer shall be governed by the laws of India. All disputes with respect to this Offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, India.If for any reason the Offer is not capable of running as planned, including but not limited to fire, flood, epidemic, earthquake, explosion, labour dispute or strike, act of God or public enemy, satellite or equipment failure, riot or civil disturbance, war (declared or undeclared), terrorist threat or activity, or any federal, state or local government law, order or regulation, order of any court or jurisdiction, disruptions caused by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other cause that corrupts, affects or compromises the administration, security, fairness, integrity, proper conduct or intended play of the Offer, Xiaomi reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Offer, and select the potential Winner from among all eligible, non-suspect entries received up to that time. Xiaomi also reserves the right to disqualify any individual whom it deems responsible for or related to actual or attempted disruption of or interference with the Offer or its intended operation. Xiaomi assumes no responsibility for any error (including user error), omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications failure, theft, lost, failed, incomplete, inaccurate, stolen, misdirected, undelivered, garbled, destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries, including any erroneous appearance of qualification for a Prize. In no case will more than the stated number of Prizes be awarded. Xiaomi is not responsible for any problem or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers or internet service provider, computer equipment, satellite, telephone or cable transmissions, software, failure of any e-mail or entry to be received by Xiaomi due to technical problem or traffic, congestion on the internet or at any website, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participation or downloading any materials in this Offer.
