Instant Discount for Online Channels –Discount of an amount equivalent to Rupees Two Thousand Only (INR 2000) (“Discount for Online Channels”) on minimum cart value of Rupees Eighteen Thousand Nine Hundred Ninety-Nine only (INR 18,999) on purchase of the Eligible Products for Online Channels by each customer (having a valid SBI Credit Card) using their SBI credit cards or under a SBI credit card EMI scheme through the Online Channels; and

Eligible Products for Online Channels: All variants of K20 and K20 Pro smartphones sold at the Online Channels.

Offer Period shall collectively mean:
Offer Period for Online Channels: 11 January, 2020 00:00 till 17 January, 2020 23:59:59; and

Online Channels:

• www.amazon.in, the related mobile website and mobile application (“Amazon Authorized Channel”);
• www.flipkart.com, the related mobile website and mobile application (“Flipkart Authorized Channel”); and
• www.mi.com, the related mobile website and mobile application (“Mi Authorized Channel”).

• The Instant Discount for Online Channels shall be valid on the minimum transaction value of INR 18,999 (Rupees Eighteen Thousand Nine Hundred Ninety-Nine only) and above per transaction per SBI credit card.
• The Offer can be availed only once per SBI credit card by each customer during the Offer Period.
• SBICPSL holds out no warranty or makes no representation about the quality, delivery or otherwise of the Products. Any dispute or claim regarding the Offers must be resolved by the SBI credit card holders with the seller directly without any reference to SBICPSL if the dispute is with respect to the seller not providing the upfront Discount available under the Offer to an eligible customer. If the dispute is with respect to any other matter concerning the Offer, then such dispute or claim regarding the Offer must be resolved by the SBICPSL credit card holders with SBICPSL directly without any reference to the seller.
• SBICPSL shall not be held liable for any delay or loss that may be caused in delivery of the Products.
• The Offer cannot be combined with any other offer.
• Any person availing this Offer shall be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.
• SBICPSL reserves the right, at any time, without prior notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary all of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part, this Offer by another offer, whether similar to this Offer or not, or to extend or withdraw it altogether.
• This Offer is valid for Indian residents and citizens only.
• Delinquent and over-limit SBI credit card members will not qualify for this promotion.
• SBI credit card holders are not bound in any way to participate in this Offer. Any participation is voluntary and the Offer is being made purely on a best effort basis.
• Nothing herein amounts to a commitment by SBICPSL to conduct further, similar or other offers.
• Offer is valid only on SBI credit cards. Offer not valid on debit cards and corporate and commercial credit cards. Delinquent card holders will be disqualified from the said promotion.
• This Offer is non-encashable, not extendable and non-negotiable.
• If a card member has more than one (1) SBI credit card, spends on the cards cannot be clubbed by the card member in order to qualify for the said Offer.
• In case, the card member holds more than one (1) credit card with SBICPSL; the card member would need to call up the customer Call Centre and confirm which card(s) the said Offer may be availed for.
• The above Offer is by way of a special offer for all SBI credit card holders only and nothing contained herein shall prejudice or affect the terms and conditions of the card member agreement. The terms of the above schemes shall be in addition to and not in derogation of the terms contained in the card member agreement.
• All disputes, if any, arising out of or in connection with or as a result of this Offer or otherwise relating hereto shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts / tribunals in Bangalore only, irrespective of whether courts / tribunals in other areas have concurrent or similar jurisdiction.
• Any query regarding the program will be entertained till sixty (60) days from Offer fulfillment date. Post such date; SBICPSL will not entertain any correspondence or communication regarding this Offer from the card holders.
