ANNEXURE I OFFER TERMS AND CONDITIONS

This marketing program (“Offer”) is from ICICI Bank Limited (“ICICI”) under an arrangement with Xiaomi Technology India Private Limited (“Xiaomi”).

  1. ELIGIBLE CUSTOMERS: ICICI Bank internet banking users are referred to as “Net banking Users”. Net banking Users who purchase the Eligible Products from the Online Channel during the Offer Period and meet the conditions set out under this Offer terms are referred to as “Customers”.

  2. ELIGIBLE PRODUCTS: All Xiaomi, Redmi and Mi branded products listed and purchased from the Online Channel during the Offer Period are referred to individually as an “Eligible Product”, and collectively as the “Eligible Products”. The Offer shall not be applicable on the below mentioned products.

    OFFER:

    Discount of ten percent (10%), subject to a maximum of Indian Rupees Two Thousand (INR 2000) (“Discount”) to each Customer on purchase of an Eligible Product from the Online Channel using his/her ICICI Bank internet banking facilities.

  1. OFFER PERIOD: 28th Jan 2023 00:00 hrs to 29th Jan 2023 23:59:59 hrs

  2. MINIMUM CART VALUE: To avail the Discount on an Eligible Product during the Offer Period a Net banking User’s transaction using his/her net banking credentials must be for a minimum amount of Indian Rupees Six Thousand (INR 6000).

  3. ONLINE CHANNEL: www.mi.com, the related mobile website and mobile application (“Online Channel”)

Other Terms and Conditions:

  1. The above Offer is by way of a special offer for Net banking Users only.
  2. The Offer can be availed only once per ICICI Bank account using internet banking during the Offer Period on the Online Channel, irrespective of the number of products purchased.
  3. Any person participating in the Offer:
    1. must be an Indian citizen and resident;
    2. must be able to enter into legally binding contracts under Indian Contract Act, 1872;
    3. must purchase an Eligible Product;
    4. must possess proof of age, identity and place of residence.
  4. Offer is not applicable on cash on delivery transactions.
  5. Offer not applicable on any card transactions.
  6. The Offer cannot be combined with any other offer.
  7. Net Banking Users are not bound in any way to participate in the Offer. Any such participation is voluntary.
  8. Any person availing this Offer shall be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.
  9. This Offer is non-encashable, non-extendable and non-negotiable.
  10. Any query regarding the Offer will be entertained only till 16 February 2023 (23:59:59 hours). Post such dates, ICICI and Xiaomi will not entertain any correspondence or communication regarding this Offer from any persons.
  11. Pictures of products shown in the communication sent to the customers either through mailers or advertised on the website, are representative only and may not bear a resemblance to the actual products. Neither of the Parties shall, under any circumstances, be responsible towards the same.
  12. Returned transactions, disputed or unauthorized/fraudulent transactions will not be considered for the Offers.
  13. All government levies and taxes shall be payable by the Customers as applicable at the time the Offer is availed.
  14. This Offer shall be subject to all applicable laws, rules and regulations which are in existence and which may be promulgated anytime by any statutory authority.
  15. Xiaomi reserves the right, at any time, without prior notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary all of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part, this offer by another offer, whether similar to this Offer or not, or to extend or withdraw it altogether.
  16. Any disputes arising out of the Offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bangalore.
