This marketing program (“Offer”) is from CitiBank NA (“Bank”) under an arrangement with Xiaomi Technology India Private Limited (“Xiaomi”).

1. ELIGIBLE CUSTOMERS: Bank credit card and debit card holders are referred to as “Cardholders”. Cardholders who purchase the Eligible Products from Mi Authorised Channel during the Offer Period and meet the conditions set out under this Offer Terms and Conditions are referred to as “Customers”.

2. OFFER PERIOD: 04 August 2022 00:00:00 hours to 15 August 2022 23:59:59 hours

3. ELIGIBLE PRODUCTS: All variants of the products listed at Clause 4 purchased as part of the concerned Offer from the Authorised Channel are referred to collectively as the “Eligible Products” and individually as an “Eligible Product”.

4. OFFERS:

First Offer:

1. Discount of Ten percent (10%) on the price of any product listed on the Authorised Channel with list price not less than INR 7999, subject to a maximum discount of Rupees One Thousand (INR 1000) to each Customer on purchase of the Eligible Products through the Authorised Channel during the Offer Period using his/her Citi Credit and debit card.

Discount of Ten percent (10%) on the price of any product listed on the Authorised Channel with list price not less than INR 7999, subject to a maximum discount of Rupees One Thousand Five hundred (INR 1500) to each Customer on purchase of the Eligible Products through the Authorised Channel during the Offer Period under his/her Citi credit card EMI.

Note: The First Offer is not available on the Eligible Products listed under Second Offer

Second Offer:

1. Following discount (each a “Discount”) to each Customer on purchase of an Eligible Product through Authorised Channel (as defined below) during the Offer Period.

2. To avail the Discount on an Eligible Product during the First Offer, a Cardholder’s transaction using his/her Bank credit or debit card or under a credit card EMI scheme must be for the minimum amount of Indian Rupees Seven Thousand Nine Hundred and Ninety Nine (INR 7999).

3. To avail the Discount on an Eligible Product during the Second Offer, a Cardholder’s transaction using his/her Bank credit or debit card or under a credit card EMI scheme must be for the minimum amount identified and set out in Clause 4 above (each a “Minimum Transaction Amount”).

4. MI AUTHORISED CHANNEL: www.mi.com, the related mobile website and mobile application

Other Terms and Conditions:

1. The above Offer is by way of a special offer for Cardholders only.
2. Any person availing this Offer shall be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.
3. The Offer can be availed only once per Bank card during the Offer Period, irrespective of the number of products purchased or number of purchases made.
4. Any person participating in the Offer must:
   1. be an Indian citizen and resident;
   2. be able to enter into legally binding contracts under Indian Contract Act, 1872;
   3. hold a valid and unexpired card issued by Bank;
   4. purchase an Eligible Product;
   5. possess proof of age, identity and place of residence.
5. Offer is not applicable on cash on delivery transactions or on net banking transactions. For debit card, the Offers are available only on full swipe transactions and not on EMI transactions.
6. The Offer cannot be combined with any other offer.
7. Delinquent and over-limit Cardholders will not qualify for this Offer.
8. This Offer is non-encashable, non-extendable and non-negotiable.
9. If a Cardholder has more than 1 (one) Bank card, spends on the cards cannot be clubbed by the card member in order to qualify for the said Offer.
10. Any query regarding the Offer will be entertained only till 18 Aug 2022 (23:59:59 hours). Post such dates, Bank and Xiaomi will not entertain any correspondence or communication regarding this Offer from any persons.
11. Pictures of products shown in the communication sent to the customers either through mailers or advertised on the website, are representative only and may not bear a resemblance to the actual products. Neither of the Parties shall, under any circumstances, be responsible towards the same.
12. Returned transactions, disputed or unauthorized/fraudulent transactions will not be considered for the Offer.
13. All government levies and taxes shall be payable by the Customers as applicable at the time the Offer is availed.
14. Cardholders are not bound in any way to participate in the Offer. Any such participation is voluntary.
15. This Offer shall be subject to all applicable laws, rules and regulations which are in existence and which may be promulgated anytime by any statutory authority.
16. Xiaomi reserves the right, at any time, without prior notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary all of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part, this offer by another offer, whether similar to this Offer or not, or to extend or withdraw it altogether.
17. Any disputes arising out of the Offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bangalore.
