In the telephonic discussion, the candidate would be required to share more data points with regards to the business.
If the candidate is deemed suitable, he or she will be selected for further interview with the Regional and the National Business Team.
Xiaomi team will visit the local market and the distributor office to evaluate the business prospect and profile for Mi Distributorship.
Once applicant is selected, Finance team will give Finance clearance post due diligence based on books of accounts and Financials of the profile.
An agreement will be signed with the candidate and Xiaomi team. Induction will be done with respect to process and systems used to handle business with Xiaomi.
