What to do if the Mijia Front Load Washer Dryer Pro 9kg makes a loud noise when water enters?

When the Mijia Front Load Washer Dryer Pro 9kg fills with water, the water inlet valve operates, making a certain noise. This is normal.
If the noise is excessive or there is a murmur, please check as follows:
  1. Check the water pressure. The recommended pressure is 0.05 - 0.8 MPa. If the water pressure is low, the water inlet noise will be louder. Please avoid peak usage times or add a booster pump.
  2. Check the water inlet filter for obstruction. A clogged filter can cause loud water inlet noise. Please clean the filter as follows:
(1). Turn off the water tap and unplug the power cord. Loosen and remove the water inlet hose from the back of the washer dryer. Cover the port with a cloth to prevent water from spraying out.
(2). Pull out the filter cover from the water inlet valve hole with nipper pliers and clean it thoroughly.
(3). Use a brush to clean the inside and the outside of the threaded connector.
(4). Reinstall the water inlet valve filter cover. Turn on the water tap and make sure there is no water leakage at the connection.
