How to enhance Wi-Fi signal
Router placement recommendations
Not recommended
1. Inside enclosed metal boxes, such as low-voltage panels or closed metal cabinets.
2. In areas with heavy obstructions, such as storage compartments within cement walls, behind furniture, or inside shoe cabinets or TV cabinets.
3. Near devices that may cause interference, such as microwaves, induction cookers, desktop PC power supplies, home generators, or wireless optical modems.
4. At the edges of the home, such as balconies, bathrooms, or laundry rooms.
Recommended
1. Open, unobstructed areas, such as on TV cabinets or coffee tables.
2. Close to the centre of the house.
3. The optimal height for the router is 1 metre above the floor; avoid placing it on the floor.
4. For optimal router performance, it is recommended to keep the router upright.

1. By default, the 2.4GHz and 5GHz bands operate in multi-band steering mode, allowing connected devices to automatically select the optimal band. Actual connected band depends on device compatibility.
