*Cleaning an area of 150㎡ with one pass: When fully charged with a full water tank, the robot in Standard mode cleaned a rectangular open space of 4mx5m. Each test was continued until the water in the water tank of the machine was depleted. Testing was performed three times in the same environment and under the same conditions. The mopped areas were all recorded as greater than 150㎡.
*Equipped with a 200ml electronic control water tank: The water tank was filled with water and the water was then poured into a measuring cup and its level on the scale of the measuring cup was recorded. Three tests were performed on 3 prototypes respectively and the average value of the tested results was within the range of 200±10ml.
*Margin of error of no more than 5mm: industrial-grade reflectors with different reflectivity were placed on a high-precision mobile sliding rail with movement precision of 0.05mm, and the range was 0–500mm. With the centre of the collision plate as the starting position (0cm) and 50mm being set as the movement step length for the line laser measurement accuracy at different distances, there was only a deviation of ±5mm within 500mm, therefore, achieving millimetre-level accuracy. Depending on environmental conditions and usage scenes, actual obstacle identification results and avoidance effectiveness may vary.
*Carpet edge identification: The robot can identify carpets with a thickness greater than 5mm. If there are carpets with a thickness of less than 5mm in the cleaning area, we recommend only cleaning the area after removing the mop pad tray, or marking the area as a no-go area. If there are special flooring materials (such as cobblestones) in the cleaning area, the robot may mistakenly identify them as a carpet and perform obstacle avoidance. We recommend only cleaning such areas after disabling the carpet identification function on the Xiaomi/Mi Home app.
