What does it mean when the "Bluetooth gateway is not connected"?1. The Bluetooth gateway is mainly used to synchronise measurement data when the scale is not connected to the app. If the Xiaomi Home app displays "Bluetooth Mesh gateway not connected", this does not indicate a fault with the device. It simply means the scale is not connected to a Bluetooth gateway device.2. This function requires a Bluetooth gateway device in your home. If you do not have one, please ignore this message.3. After first pairing the scale, please wait 1–5 minutes for the scale to automatically connect to the gateway. Step on the scale to reset the display to 0.00kg before next use.3. If a reading such as 1.65kg appears after moving the scale, wait for the display to turn off and recalibrate. Once the display shows 0.00kg again, normal measurement can resume.What should I do if body fat cannot be measured consistently?1. Mijia Body Composition Scale S400 Pro performs a static heart rate measurement after body fat analysis is completed. The heart rate function is disabled by default and can be enabled in the Xiaomi Home app in Device > Settings.9. Suitable for all ages: Supports body composition measurements such as weight and body fat percentage for users aged 6–80. Children under 6 and adults over 80 can only measure weight due to specific physical conditions. As adolescents grow rapidly, measurement data is for daily reference only.10. Supports up to 36 member profiles: 1 device can be paired with 1 primary Xiaomi account. The primary account can share the device with 5 additional Xiaomi accounts via device sharing.
