If the POCO C81 Pro appears overexposed when HDR is enabled during photography, please refer to the following aspects:
1. In HDR mode, to achieve better overall exposure and preserve more image details, the system enhances highlight areas, which can make bright regions appear slightly overexposed in high-light scenes. It is recommended to turn off HDR when shooting in strong lighting or high-light environments to achieve more natural exposure.
2. After tapping to focus on the camera interface, you can manually lower the exposure value (EV) to effectively reduce issues caused by excessive brightness.
3. Stains or reflections on the lens can also lead to metering anomalies, thereby affecting the HDR result. It is recommended to gently wipe the lens with a soft cloth.
4. Please clear the Camera App cache data and then restart your phone to resolve any potential temporary system glitches.
5. Please ensure that the Camera App and phone systems are updated to the latest versions to ensure stable performance.
6. If the display shows overexposure affecting normal use, please contact the after-sales service center.
