If photos taken on the POCO C81 Pro appear too dark in low-light environments or when using Night mode, please refer to the following aspects:
1. If the environment is too dark, the camera sensor can not receive enough light, so try to find a well-lit area or enable the flash to improve brightness.
2. If Night mode is activated but the image still looks dark, ensure you hold the phone steady for a few seconds after pressing the shutter, as the camera needs extra time to capture more light.
3. If the camera lens is dirty or covered by a screen protector, light intake will be reduced, so clean the lens with a soft cloth before shooting.
4. If the exposure compensation is set too low, manually tap the screen and drag the brightness slider upward to adjust.
5. Shooting from too great a distance or in backlit environments can also result in dark images. It is recommended to move closer to the subject and avoid scenes with strong backlighting.
6. Please clear the Camera App cache data and then restart your phone to resolve any potential temporary system glitches.
7. Please ensure that the Camera App and phone systems are updated to the latest versions to ensure stable performance.
8. If the photo remains too dim after applying the above method, please contact the after-sales service center.
