If the POCO C81 Pro can not access the network after connecting to Wi-Fi, please refer to the following steps to troubleshoot:
1. If too many devices are connected to the same router, bandwidth can be insufficient. Please disconnect unused devices or switch to a less congested channel.
2. Check whether other devices can successfully connect to the Wi-Fi and access the internet to confirm that the router is functioning properly.
3. If the Wi-Fi frequency band is incompatible, the connection can drop or have no internet. Please switch the router to the 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz bands separately for testing, or enable the dual-band integration mode.
4. If a VPN or proxy app is running in the background, it can block normal traffic. Please disable any active VPN or proxy and try reconnecting.
5. Restart your phone and router to rule out temporary network anomalies or router cache issues.
6. Please update your mobile phone and router to the latest versions to ensure stable performance.
7. If the phone's network settings are corrupted, Wi-Fi can connect without internet access. Please reset Wi-Fi, Mobile & Bluetooth to clear and reconfigure.
8. If the problem persists, please contact the after-sales service center for further assistance.
