Liability Limitations Xzone! is not responsible for: - Incorrect installation service details provided by the customer (e.g., if the customer orders a Wired Install but actually needs a Wi-Fi Smart Installation). - Inadequate preparation of the installation site (i.e., if the customer does anything to compromise the technician's ability to install the TV). - Missing or inadequate connections or consumables needed for the Service (i.e., if the customer's residence does not have electricity connection at the time of installation). - Inaccessibility of external access routes for the Service. - Refusal by the customer to allow access or to meet necessary conditions for the Service. - Failure to sign on a new service, equipment’s return receipt. - Inaccessible devices that prevent notification of the technician (e.g., malfunctioning electronics or internet). - Xzone!’s liability is limited to actual direct damages. Under no circumstances will Xzone! be liable for any lost profits or consequential damages, unless otherwise required by law.
