Q: How much is the shipping fee?

A: Lazada offers free shipping nationwide for orders over PHP 1,000.
For orders below PHP 1000, the following shipping fees will be applied:
In Metro areas - PHP 55
In Non-Metro areas - PHP 99

Q: When will I receive my order?

A: After you have placed your order, our Customer Service team will verify the order and notify you by email and SMS.
After successful verification, expect to receive your order within the following time frame:
In Metro areas: 1 - 5 working days
In Non-Metro areas: 5 - 10 working days

Q: How do I check the estimated delivery date of a product?

A: On the Lazada product page, please choose your shipping city to view the estimated delivery time for that product.

Q: Is there any domestic area Lazada cannot deliver to?

A: No. Lazada Philippines can deliver to all domestic areas.
We work in partnership with LBC and 2GO. For orders within Metro Manila, we deliver within 5 business days upon receiving full payment. For orders outside Metro Manila, we deliver within 5-10 business days, with exception to some remote areas.

Q: What if I am not at home when the package arrives?

A: You will need to sign a letter of authorization at the point of purchase to identify and confirm the person/third party who will receive the package.
You can also contact our customer service at http://www.lazada.com.ph/contact/ immediately after purchasing to inform us you will not be home. The third party should present a valid ID along with your letter of authorization.

Q: The tracking number provided is invalid/not working, what should I do?

A: Tracking information may not yet be available for your order; it will be available one business day after our logistic partners have updated their records.
Yet you can check your order status with our Order Tracking Tool at www.lazada.com.ph/orderstatus. Lazada's system is updated daily to provide you with the best tracking service.
If after one business day you still have a problem with your tracking number, please contact us at http://www.lazada.com.ph/contact/. We will assist you right away.

Q: How many delivery attempts will Lazada make if I am unable to receive my parcel?

A: Lazada will make 2 or 3 attempts (3 for serviced areas, 2 for remote areas) to deliver your parcel. Delivery attempts are normally done 10-15 days after the item is returned to the seller.

Q: May I refuse to sign for the parcel if I find the product has been broken or damaged?

A: Yes. While Lazada takes every step to ensure customer orders reach their destination in perfect condition, such isolated cases do occur. In all such cases, please contact our Customer Service immediately who will be happy to walk you through the process of getting a replacement.

Q: Does Lazada provide a receipt for all orders?

A: Yes. Lazada provides a receipt with all orders, customers do not need to explicitly ask for it.

Q: Does Lazada provide a receipt if I only buy an accessory?

A: Yes. A receipt is provided with all items ordered from Lazada.
