COUPON GIVEAWAYS – GRAB COUPON
- This discount scheme (“Scheme”) is run by TVS Electronics Private Limited (“Seller”).
- Participation in this Scheme is open to only those users of mi.com/in, mobile.mi.com (collectively, “Website”) and/or Mi Store India android app (“App”) who qualify as eligible Users under the Terms of Use of the Website and/or App.
- Participation of the Users in this Scheme is subject to the said Terms of Use of the Website and/or App.
- Users can collect discount coupons using the “Grab Coupons” section on the “Republic Day” sale page on the Website and/or App.
- Discount coupons through ‘Grab Coupon’ section will be available on the Website and App every day at 10 am on 24th, 25th and 26th Jan 2018 till stocks last.
- Discount coupons will be valid and redeemable between 00:00 AM on 24 Jan 2018 to 11:59 PM on 26 Jan 2018 and all unused discount coupons shall lapse thereafter. No compensation will be available once a discount coupon expires.
- Discount coupons are limited in quantity and are given away on a first-come, first-serve basis.
- A discount coupon that is successfully collected by a user will be added to such user’s Mi Account within two (2) hours.
- Discount coupons collected by users can only be redeemed on the app for purchase of the products listed under the “Accessories” section.
- Discount coupons cannot be clubbed together and only one (1) coupon can be redeemed on each order. If a user has multiple discount coupons, the user can redeem each of such discount coupons on separate orders.
- Coupon-related issues can be raised till 6 PM, 26th Jan. Any concerns raised thereafter the said period will not be registered
- No compensation will be available once a discount coupon expires. Discount coupons are not exchangeable for other rewards, or refundable, replaceable or transferable for cash or credit under any circumstances.
- Seller reserves the right at its sole discretion to withdraw, cancel, amend, or modify any part of or the entire scheme at any time without any notice and seller will have no liability in relation thereto.
- Discount coupons worth ₹50 & ₹100 can be redeemed against both pre-paid and COD orders for accessory purchases only whereas discount coupons for ₹200 and ₹500 can be redeemed on pre-paid orders only for accessory purchases. Minimum transaction value to apply ₹50, ₹100, ₹200 coupon is ₹600. Minimum transaction value to apply ₹500 coupon is ₹1000.
Discount coupons can be used on APP only. Also Grab coupons would be treated differently for the game and differently for the session everyday.

Reward Mi member’s exclusive – Redeem Mi Tokens for Discount Coupons & F-Codes
- Users can redeem Mi Tokens for desired F-Codes. The required number of Mi Tokens will mentioned against each F-Code type.

F-CODEs

Additional 4G data on every recharge of ₹309 and above - 10GB
Number of Data Vouchers - One (1) voucher per month from the date of activation till 31 May 2018.
- Jio will be providing additional data to the device user for up to 10 recharges.
- Scheme Validity: 24th Jan, 2018 to 31st May 2018.
Offer Entitlement: Up to 10 recharges or months from date of activation of offer or 31st May 2018 whichever is earlier.
- Number of vouchers to be provided to user will be up to 10 [max].
- This scheme is only valid for Mi Max 2 which is purchased on or after 18th Jul 2017.

Terms and Conditions
Definitions
- “Cashback” shall mean 10 Cashback vouchers of Rs 100/- each which an Eligible Subscriber can avail upon performing 13 consecutive Recharges on the Eligible Device on or before 30th Nov, 2019.
- “Eligible Device” shall mean Xiaomi Redmi 5A, being the mobile device of Xiaomi Technology India Pvt. Ltd. (“Xiaomi”), purchased between 7th December, 2017 and 30th November, 2018 and on which a Recharge is first performed by an Eligible Subscriber within the said period.
- “Eligible Subscriber” shall mean a person who (i) is an active subscriber of the RJIO services; and (ii) is enrolled to the “Jio Prime” membership plan.
- “Entitlement Period” shall mean the period between 7th December, 2017 and 30th November, 2019.
- “Offer” shall mean the Cashback offer made available by RJIO.
- “Offer Benefits” shall mean the benefits accruing to the Eligible Subscriber under the Offer as shown herein-below.
- “Recharge” shall mean a recharge performed of ₹ 199/- prepaid plan offered by RJIO. The plan benefits are provided in Annexure 1 hereto.
- “RJIO” shall mean Reliance Jio Infocomm Limited.
- “T&C” shall mean the applicable terms and conditions of the Offer.
The Offer and the benefits hereunder shall be made available by RJIO to an Eligible Subscriber.
Benefits of the Offer (“Offer Benefits”)
An Eligible Subscriber, who, during the subsistence of the Offer, performs 13 consecutive Recharges on the Eligible Device on or before 30th Nov, 2019 shall be entitled to Cashback.
The Eligible Subscriber shall receive the Cashback on the 13th Recharge, which shall be redeemed by him/her in the following manner (“Cashback Period”):
- Each voucher of Rs.100/- provided under the Cashback, can be redeemed by the Eligible Subscriber upon a recharge of (i) RJIO services under prepaid plans of Rs. 309/- or above; or (ii) RJIO’s data add-on plans of Rs. 201/- or above; on any Eligible Device (“Eligible Recharge”);
- Only one Cashback voucher of Rs.100/- can be redeemed per Eligible Recharge. A maximum of 10 Cashback vouchers of Rs 100/- each, can be so redeemed by the Eligible Subscriber;
- Any unredeemed Cashback vouchers shall expire on 30th November, 2020;
Terms and Conditions of the Offer ("T&C")
- The Offer shall be open to all Eligible Subscribers on and from 7th December, 2017.
- These T&C shall be read concomitantly with the CAF.
- To redeem the Cashback vouchers, the Eligible Subscriber will have to download the MyJio Application on his/her Eligible Device and follow the steps specified below:

- Two or more offers cannot be clubbed together. This Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other alternative offer or promotion of a similar nature.
- RJIO recognizes that the choice to be contacted for promotional messages and alerts is that of the Eligible Subscriber. RJIO intends to keep the Eligible Subscriber informed on matters relating to the Offer and any upcoming offers from RJIO for the benefit of the Eligible Subscriber. Accordingly, by availing the Offer, the Eligible Subscriber hereby consents to be contacted by RJIO and such consent shall remain unaffected by and/or accordingly modify the Eligible Subscriber’s registration in the National Do Not Call (“NDNC”) registry under the relevant category stipulated therefor.
- RJIO reserves the right to cancel/withdraw this Offer at any time, without any prior intimation to the Eligible Subscriber. However, the benefits accrued to the Eligible Subscriber on or prior to the cancellation/withdrawal of this Offer, shall not undergo any change.
- RJIO, may, at its discretion, modify any of the terms and/or conditions and/or any aspect of the Offer, without any prior intimation to the Eligible Subscriber. The modifications so carried out will be posted on www.jio.com.
- If any term/ condition under the T&C of the Offer is found to be invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, such term/ condition shall be severed from the other terms and conditions and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining terms and conditions of the Offer.
- Any claims, issues, damages or losses with respect to the Eligible Device shall be the sole responsibility and liability of the manufacturer of the Eligible Device and RJIO (including its affiliates, group companies or parent company) hereby disclaims, any and all claims, losses and liabilities, whether or not arising out of, or in connection therewith and / or this Offer and the terms and conditions governing the Offer. This disclaimer shall apply to the fullest extent permitted by law and shall survive cancellation/termination/determination of this Offer.
- In no event shall RJIO or its directors, officers, employees, agents or other representatives be responsible or liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or any other damages of any kind, arising out of or related to the Offer.
- The Offer Benefits are non-transferable.
- This Offer is subject to guidelines/directions issued by Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI), Department of Telecommunications (DOT) or any other statutory authority from time to time.
- Eligible Subscriber hereby authorizes RJIO to collect his/her personal information including name, address and mobile number and share with its partners so as to enable the Eligible Subscriber to avail the Offer. The Eligible Subscriber’s personal information will be stored and processed in accordance with RJIO Privacy Policy which is available at www.jio.com.

PREPAID CUSTOMERS
Eligibility: Airtel Prepaid customers using Xiaomi’s Mi A1. Non Airtel customers may buy a new Airtel connection to opt for the offer.
- Eligible customers can get 20GB extra data per recharge on 10 successive recharges of ₹349 (10 successive recharges or up to 10 months, whichever is earlier).
- The open market price point of ₹349 (prices may vary by circle) currently gives 1GB/day and unlimited calling for 28 days (validity of the recharge). The extra 20GB benefit will be over and above this.
- The unused data will not be transferred to the next recharge cycle.

Zest Money- FAQs
- What is the validity of my ZestMoney credit?
Your ZestMoney credit carries a validity of 90 days from the date of credit approval. In case you are not eligible for a credit limit, Zest will reject your application and you can re-apply after 90 days with updated your employment details and re-submit income proof.
- What happens if I don't pay my EMI on time?
It is very important to pay your EMIs on time in order to avoid late payment charges, maintain a good credit rating and avoid any legal action.
Please maintain adequate balance in your bank account (attached with ZestMoney) around the repayment dates. If you know you won't be able to make the payment, please call Zest on +91-93434 22556 immediately.
If the relevant EMI amount is not paid on each due date, Zest will charge a missed payment fee of INR 250 and a variable fee calculated as - INR [(Overdue Principal + Overdue Interest) # of Late Days ( Penalty Rate of 1%)], for each date that the payment of the EMI is missed. Your debit account may be debited at a later stage and on more than one occasion for all or any part of the total amount due.
Please note - Not paying your EMIs on time could result in you getting reported to a Credit Bureau, as per RBI regulations.
What is ZestMoney?

How can I use ZestMoney credit to pay for my Mi order?
Once your credit limit is active, you can follow these two simple steps:
- Select “Cardless EMI” as the payment option during checkout.
- Accept the agreement and confirm your order.
Remember, the order amount needs to be same or less than your approved credit limit.
A down payment may be applicable in some cases and you will be required to pay it to confirm your order.
What employment details do I need to provide to avail ZestMoney credit?

1. How long do you take to activate my credit limit?
Your credit limit will be activated after successful verification of the signed NACH. It typically takes us less than 24hrs to verify your NACH.
2. Can I use ZestMoney credit for multiple transactions?
Yes, you can use your active ZestMoney credit for as many transactions as you want.
3. Can I use ZestMoney credit to pay for part of my order amount?
No, you can only use ZestMoney credit to pay for the entire order amount.
4. Is the information I share to avail ZestMoney secure?
Yes, your details are 100% secure. Bank-level security is applied to encrypt and protect all your sensitive data. Your information will never be sold to anyone. You can read more about Zest Privacy Policy here.
5.What are the eligibility criteria for availing ZestMoneycredit?
To use ZestMoney, you must be over 18. You must be a resident of India and have a Aadhaar number, PAN number & operational bank account. A credit card is not mandatory.
6. What is Perfios & why do I need to fill my Net Banking details on Perfios?
Perfios (Personal Finance One Stop) is a web-based personal finance application, which helps ZestMoney to access your recent bank statements in a safe and secure manner. Perfios does not store your online banking login information - it simply passes your login credentials to your bank via a secure service linking your account. It only extracts your bank statement up to the last 3 months.
7. My ZestMoney credit application was rejected. What do I do now?
We are sorry that your application was not accepted at this time. We request you to wait for 90 days, after which you can re-apply for ZestMoney credit for a fresh review of your application.
8. What is NACH?
NACH is a mandate from you, telling your bank to make regular monthly payments on your behalf.
Once setup, it is an easy automatic, way to make your EMI re-payments, giving you peace of mind every month.
9. I don’t remember my Aadhaar number, how do I find it?
If you forgot your Aadhar Number (UID) then please don’t worry. Now you can find your UID number online within few minutes.
Please follow the below steps to find UID Number:
- Please go to the Resident Portal of UIDAI by clicking here: https://resident.uidai.gov.in/find-uid-eid
- Now enter your Full Name, Email or Mobile No in the box.
- Enter the security code and click on Get OTP button.
- You will get the OTP on your registered mobile number. Please enter the OTP in the box and click on Verify OTP button.
- You will receive your UID Number on your registered mobile number.
I don’t have an Aadhaar number or PAN number, can I avail ZestMoney credit?
Sorry, both Aadhaar & PAN are mandatory to avail ZestMoney credit.
How do I repay my EMI?
As part of the account set up, you are required to submit your bank details, which are used to create a NACH (ECS) mandate. This mandate facilitates automatic collection of the EMI from your bank account every month thus making repayments easy.
10. Where can I see my EMI due date?
In case you have an existing loan, you can login to https://www.zestmoney.in/ and check “Your Accounts”. The information is also available on the loan agreement (communicated to you via email) with all the essential details including your payment due date, based on the EMI plan opted by you.

Will you send me EMI reminders?
Yes, we will communicate a reminder to you through SMS and email 2-7 days before the payment due date, so that you can ensure sufficient funds are in your bank account.
11. Are there any penalties for pre-closing my loan with ZestMoney?
No. You can repay all or some of your outstanding balance at any time without penalty. The amount you repay will depend on your latest EMI due date.
